Team Auto Sales

I bought a car and Team Auto gave it a new MVI safety inspection. 1500 Km later the front brakes required replacement and I was told that the rear brakes had only a few months left before they needed to be changed too. I have never been hard on brakes while driving, so I think that Team Auto should have fixed the front brakes before selling the car. Sales and service people were friendly, but I would have preferred buying a car that didn't require new brakes after only a couple of months of driving.

Was not impressed with this company. Found a vehicle with less kms and less work that needed to be done for a lot lower price. The truck I checked out at team auto didn't even have an mvi on it. The other truck I saw had a brand new inspection on it. Someone is getting ripped off here and it sure isn't me. I will never go to them ever again.

We purchased a winter vehicle from Roger the owner and the car had everything I had asked to be fixed when we picked up,he has a great repetation for being a straight up guy and he was a true pleasure to deal with would definitely do business with this company in the future.

Bought my car there. Great deal for what the car was and Roger went well out of his way for me to test drive it multiple times. Service is also fantastic and have recommended it to others, even pointing out issues I didn't know about which would have been expensive if I had waited or not been told about them. Honest staff and good people all around. A+

Me and my family Have dealt with team auto for a very long time, they are very nice people and they have hell of a good deal on cars. Always in good hands there!

I would use EXTREME caution when making a purchase here, and to have the vehicle inspected from and outside source. We purchased a 2010 Kia Rio with approx. 124000km in May of 2019. It was a great deal and suited our needs. This car had only been driven approx. 4000km (as of Feb, 14th 2020) when we had to trade it in elsewhere for another vehicle, as it continued to need more work. My concern lies with the fact that I do not believe it should have passed MVI initially, and here is why.1. The all season tires that came with the car were in very poor condition. Although the tread depth was sufficient to pass the MVI, the tires were splitting very bad. This was brought to our attention at the start of winter when we had new winter tires installed. We were informed that the all seasons we not safe to be driving on, due to the amount of splitting.2. In the time we have had the vehicle, we had to have almost all of the front end suspension done. This again is something required for MVI. With how little km’s were put on the vehicle, I am concerned how it passed to begin with, unless it was just enough for them to qualify it safe.3. There was a repair to the passenger window that was agreed to be completed as part of the purchase. We took possession and then were to come back to have the repair done, with a time frame of about 1 week to get the part. They did not seem to want to do the repair, as we had to continue to follow up as to when it would be completed, with many calls not returned. It was over a month later that they finally decided to contact us, and I feel that they were hoping we would forget about it. If the part took longer to come in, ect, that would have been fine, but no one choose to even tell us anything.I feel we were taken advantage of, and that corners were cut to have the vehicle pass MVI. It does not help that the guidelines for MVI is outdated and very subjective. So after having to put over 1000$ into the vehicle, and more repairs being needed (more suspension work, and the power steering belt that was in very poor condition) we decided it was better to get rid of the vehicle as it was not remotely reliable. It was an expensive lesson learned.In the end, while they may not have done anything legally" wrong

Mechanics and the garage are fantastic, always work with the customer regarding repairs, No surprises. They go the extra mile to get your car up and running and give you the truth on repairs even if sometimes the truth cost them a bunch of work on a car. That professionalism and doing what is right for the customer is what brings me back to them. Trust.

These guys are great always willing to help a feller out. An customer service is five star all the way. An the mechanic Justin is the best. Never over charge you either .AGAIN the best at what they do.

I called Team Auto to advise what I needed in a vehicle and how much I was looking to spend. Our expectations were exceeded when we got more in a vehicle than we were expecting for our price point. We love our 06 Sonata. Roger gets things done right away and the right way. I have already recommended Team Auto to my next door neighbor and would recommend to anyone looking for a well priced used car.
