About 7 years ago I had a less than desirable service experience at Mazergroup. I was reluctant to go back but I'm very happy I did. In the past couple of years the new Mazer team has been excellent to work. I have now purchased equipment there as well as had it serviced with great results. They have gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected a company to do most recently and it's greatly appreciated.

Bought a carb kit and a few other things for my old ford. Staff was eager to help. Parts they gave me were correct for my tractor. Thank you for great service. They also sell toys which my kids enjoyed looking at.

Was turned away when looking for parts for a haybine although this is listed as a farm dealership was told by parts they only deal with construction equipment poor first impression could have looked up parts and told me you had to order. Was not driving to other locations ordered my parts off amazon will not use or recommend again.

I dealt with David at this location. He was very helpful and polite. David was eager to help with my situation and communication was great. I am happy I picked up the phone and contacted this new Holland dealership.

Have been here a number of times, and always leave disappointed. Lackluster parts personnel, if you don't have a part #, they aren't interested in assisting you. Will no longer be wasting my time stopping there. Would actually give no stars if possible.
