Sauble Golf & Country Club

We went for a Friday night dinner at Bogeys. We had the couple's special which was Steak with Hadock choice of sides as well as salad seasonal vegetables plus desert for 45 dollars. We were very pleased the steak was very well prepared at a medium rare and it was a real full 8 ounce. The fish was Hadock you could get it battered or non battered we got it battered it was delicious tarter sauce we think was home made and delicious. Also baked potato and home cut fries. Very good. The seasonal vegtables were excellent perfectly cooked red and yellow peppers, squash zuchini some onion and broccoli. We choose the Cesar side salads very good and had real bacon. The desert we choose the cheese cake. We did have z starter of the garlic toast with cheese this was also very tasty. The only minus was in one of the pieces of fish they missed a couple small bones. We will be back. The service was excellent and very friendly.

Best wings ever ! Very plump and juicy swimming in honey garlic sauce ! Hubs switches his flavours now and then and likes most as well. The pitcher and wing deal is amazing ! We try to make it every Thursday . Excellent service, friendly staff. Radio and tv is little loud if you like it quiet. Show up before 530 or the line starts ...

Always a great place to golf. Course in great condition. Could have more ball wash stations.

A great course with great staff. Went for an 18 yesterday and was quite impressed with the state of the course. Greens were impeccable. Jeff was very helpful and very kind. I highly recommend this course. Worth every penny.

Went for a Masons best ball tournament. Well run and organized. Friendly staff.This is a great place to play some golf and visit with friends.

This may be a-bit of a read, but after being apart of this club for a year and reading some of the reviews, I believe this place deserves a true strong detailed review. Staff: Staff are great all around, from the kids doing general clean up all the way to management and ownership. Everyone at this course is great both on the course and in the restaurant. Evan the owner truly understands what it takes to build a successful business starting with a solid foundation… his team (employees) whether it’s Tracy and Bert in the pro shop or Veronica and the servers in the restaurant, everyone is truly pleasant to be around all the time.Condition of course: well that just speaks for itself, it’s always great even in droughts, you’ll never not see the grounds keepers working on something or fixing something to continuously improve this place and maintain its consistent quality conditions. Layout is fun and consistent throughout. Pro shop is always stocked with anything you’d need including snacks and beverages. Very organized. Members are all great and polite to new comers and tourists.Restaurant: We’ll this is another one that speaks for itself. Bogeys Pub is absolutely great, Food is always great, the menu is great with lots of selection and the cooks never skip a beat, consistently good. Veronica and her servers are always quick to greet and get you a beverage right away to enjoy while reading over the menu. WING NIGHT THURSDAYS, if you haven’t been, you’re missing out!! Jumbo wings and lots of them, tons of sauces and dry rubs to choose from! But the place will be packed so be prepared to possibly have a bit of a wait, but I promise it will be worth it!Ownership: Evan is Fantastic, he’s always around and constantly looking for ways to better improve this club for his members and the community. Whether it’s the new pickle ball courts that are currently being installed or the soon to come simulators for rainy days and long winter months. Evan is always willing to golf with his members regardless of skill level and basically knows everyone on a first name basis, Very personable. I could go on for quite awhile about this place but again, I felt this place truly deserves a strong review, if I could give it more than 5 Stars I would! If you think this is a paid review or a bot, you can find me sitting at the bar or on the course at least 5 days a week, I’d be happy to have a drink or play a round with you.

Was there last night and the service was horrendous. The manager completely ignored us. We then flagged down a another waitress for her to tell us she can't service our table that it was her managers table. Finally I went to the bar after waiting an hour and the other waitress said she now could service our table(she was great) we finally went to pay at the bar and the manager literally ignored us. Walked past us about 10 times rinsing dishes and wondering about until the other wait staff came by. We didn't tip much as I thought why? Food was good.Service was terribleShe should not be a manager or even an employee

Used to go there on a regular basis but since new management took over its just not the same. The young girls that waitress are great but the lady manager behind bar is not friendly and always seems to hate her job and most times ignore us when we want to pay. Not a good way to do business.

Just had my birthday lunch at bogeys. The food was very good , but the highlight of the evening was the waitress. I can not say enough about her friendly attitude and the way she treated the 25 or 30 guest she dealt with. She was going full out and never missed a beat, and made this a night to remember.
