I was with them for years, for my auto and home insurance.I am not happy with the way my renewal was ignored, despite all my efforts in reaching out, leaving me with 2 days to figure out my insurance on my own. Very unprofessional, years of loyalty down the drain.

We had been approved for our new home months before we were informed that we needed extra warranty than what our home already came with. We applied through Blanket Home Warranty and it took a week to get an answer (which the whole situation was already time sensitive) and they declined us house insurance. The next day we applied through New Progressive and had an approval within 24 hours AND they were $1400 cheaper (talk to Kristin Sugiyama, she is absolutely amazing)

Worst company to deal with. Highly nonprofessional and it seems like they are in the market to loot people. Don't even think of going to them for any product. They charge application fee for no reason. My prediction that they will be out of business very soon.
