AHS EMS Bonnie Doon Station #28

I give two stars because I do appreciate what any first responders do for us but for my experience I would never want anybody to go through that. My 15-year-old phoned a help line and though she wasn't in any immediate danger and she said we couldn't afford it they sent an ambulance anyways they broke the lock off my back gate they destroyed my living room with mud I had no idea they were even in my house and I was told that I had no choice but to go with them because my daughter said that she would continue to hurt herself which of course when she was released to me later that morning I did not allow that to happen as I wouldn't have allowed it to happen if they left her but I was told I had no choice but to get into that ambulance and go and now as a single mom living off of less than $400 a month I have a bill for $385 and I'm being told that my daughter's blood pressure was checked in her oxygen stats and that a service was provided so that I must pay to say I'd rather wish I was dead than call an ambulance is probably the saddest thing that will ever come out of my mouth but in this instance I am not impressed

Utmost professionalism, skilled and knowledgeable. So grateful for what first responders do. The team that showed up to help immediately took over the situation and I was so relieved that my family was in good hands.

Accommodations were superb, excellent and cheerful staff on property. Would highly recommend as a vacation spot.
