A Perfect Day Weddings

If I was able to give zero stars I would. Leslie had made so many promises of what the venue was supposed to look like (it was under construction at the time) and none of those promises came true. This caused so much chaos and frustration leading up to the wedding because my friend had to hire in other companies and rent other decor to make this place look worthy of having a wedding( which Leslie did not cover any of the costs, ex. The windows behind the ceremony were yellow and covered in mold, and my friend had to hire a drapery company to install drapes for her backdrop). There were so many mistakes during the wedding day, to the bar closing early, her charging my friend for things that werent originally discussed, to Leslie actually leaving that night even though she was supposed to be my friends wedding planner" that day because the original wedding planner had quit

Erin was absolutely amazing to work with. Staff were awesome as well and extremely friendly. Had so much fun chatting with them during dinner. I own Hillier Photography in Waterloo and would highly recommend them!!!

Had such a great time at a wedding organized by A Perfect Day. Everything went as planned- beautiful day. I have booked A Perfect Day for our wedding next year!

We were promised in person that we would have six months prior to our date to cancel and get our deposit back. However, Leslee refused and sadly we didn’t have it on paper to prove it. She tried to add on extra fees which were too much for my fiancé and I to afford, so we wanted to cancel. But then wouldn’t give us our deposit back.She was unprofessional with our caterer. She was gracious to give us an outside caterer (I’ll give her that), but continually called them asking the same questions to make sure they understood the rules. This is frustrating for a bride to have to constantly tell her she already did that.Anyways, I’m sad about the experience because I was looking forward to having my wedding at that beautiful property. But this company and the lies and cheating isn’t worth it. I would rather get married in my backyard than deal with this.
