i love dr max hes amazing took 3 wisdom teeth out i dont remember a thing and very little pain and swelling!and the front desk ladies are a delight ! they sent off all my medication straight to my pharmacy to get picked up right after my surgery. highly recommended if you need oral surgery

I was a few minutes early to my appointment and was in my appointment on time. The staff was friendly and quite helpful.

I saw Dr.Pynn in September about extracting all my teeth! He failed to tell me a huge portion of why I ended up with 20+ dry sockets and why my jaw keeps shifting and why now my gums are almost all bone after having all my teeth extracted Nov 28/22! I have lead poisoning and my puDog Melody does too and her vet Dr.Goth has a big complaint proceeding against her!!

Dr.Pynn was amazing I have nothing bad to say about him. However the one receptionist who I spoke with on the phone had a bit of an attitude. The way she spoke was very unprofessional, first of all who is this." Instead of this approach you could have used

Be weary of this place. Was quoted $200-$500 for one wisdom tooth extraction based on the difficulity of the removal. Was then told to come in for a consultation where 5 mins was had talking with the orthodontist about what will happen day of extraction. Went out to pay the $100 dollar fee for that chat and then was quoted by the secretary $975.00 in change for the extraction. When I reminded her of the original quote of the $500 max she gave me a dirty look as if I was lying. To summerize, this experience was bad. I feel as if I was conned into coming in. That way they got the $100 for 5 min talk. Upon doing further research, this quote of $975.00 in change for one tooth is over priced by approx. 450.00 based on the single tooth being very difficult to remove, which mine was not. No coffee or tea offered here either just plane jane over charge you in and out service.

From reception to the nursing staff I received nothing but friendly caring support. Felt very welcomed and put at ease from the moment they called me for my appointment to the time I was finished my procedure. Dr Pynn is the most gentle and caring surgeon I have met thus far. Definitely recommend this oral surgeon and his professional staff!

1000 stars!! I am going to show Dr. Azias a little much needed appreciation!! I had met with him to consult for a surgery to remove all 4 wisdom teeth. He was very kind, and understanding! He answered all my questions with full explanations, and was quite funny and made the idea of a surgery less scary!Then surgery day came, I was a little nervous because it was my first surgical experience, but knowing that he was my surgeon, I was a lot calmer than I expected. I have a small mouth, so I had a lot of personal concerns I never discussed, but when I woke up, everything was as okay as it could be! I had/have very little swelling and very little pain! I love this man! Dr. Azias is definitely the surgeon to go to!! He is absolutely amazing!

Great oral surgeons here, however there is a very unprofessional and rude receptionist who works at this office. She dismissed a patient that was calling to get more information about a possible infection after having all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. The receptionist said to “call back in a week if there’s still pain” and didn’t do any further investigation. The infection has now progressed unnecessarily and will need an aggressive cycle of antibiotics to be healed, when the patient knew there was something wrong a week ago.I have also read reviews here that echo the same experiences, verbatim (“K, first off who’s this?”) from almost 3 years ago! Pterosaur health care, please read your reviews and address these issues with your staff members or terminate those who are unfit.People who are neither compassionate nor careful when dealing with people in vulnerable positions should not have a job in a medical office.

Very rude receptionist that works here. Called to cancel an appointment and seek advice, which I was told I could do so. ( A dentist had pulled a bottom wisdom tooth out a week ago and still have no sensation in my tounge and have been in pain). I just wanted to speak to an oral surgeon for his opinion. But the receptionist barley even listened to what I had to say, told me I couldn't talk to anyone and was arguing with me over the phone about what had happened to me, basically told me to deal with having a numb tounge. I Was suppose to get my other bottom wisdom tooth taken out here but after speaking with her. I'll go somewhere else. Someone who is that rude and has no care for others should not be working in the medical industry. All I wanted was help.

The receptionists, the nurses and of course Dr.Pynn are exceptional. They are friendly, thorough, kind and try their absolute best to make you feel comfortable. Thank you!!
