Service was a bit slow. After being served my food, no one had come to check on me for at least 45 minutes.. my glass was empty and plate as well for at least 20 minutes while there were only 2 other tables. The Bison burger I ordered was good, however the portion of fries was a bit small and they were overcooked. The interior decor was nice and they played good music. I would give them a second chance but wouldn't reccomended.

Nice waitress, good beer but the food was terrible! Seriously: it wouldn’t take much to up their game, and I’m fairly forgiving, but the fries were burnt, the onion rings deposited a pool of grease beneath them, the sandwich reminded me of a high school cafeteria. Do better!

We decided to find a microbrewery in Sherbrooke during a ski trip and found Le Refuge des Brasseurs. The brewery is located one block of of Main Street and is easy to get to with street parking. We do not speak French, but the waiting staff greeted and spoke to us in English and were friendly. The waitress was very nice and started a conversation with us as we closed our our tab. We ordered a few beers in a flight and they were very good. For food we ordered the Chicken Nachos, Poutine, Fried Pickles, and an Elk Burger. All of the food came out quickly and tasted great. If you like fried pickles you have to try them as they were the best we've had. Overall a great place to check out if you are in or near Sherbrooke.

Some of the worst service I've seen and they weren't particularly busy at all. Food came out cold and I had to send it back because they forgot half the toppings. First time I've sent food back anywhere. Luckily when they brought it back out it was good; not amazing but solid. The beer is the only thing that saved them a tip. Potential is there for sure, but very disappointed

The food is excellent and there is a great selection of beers available. Service was very slow, The waitresses seem to be really hard working but management needs to put more staff on. It took 30 minutes to get our order taken and another 10 to get our 1st drinks.

Check your employees. Walked in before closing time listed online; there were about 20 ppl still drinking. The guy working refused to serve me because he decided he was done for the night. I asked for just one pint and offered to pay right away — it doesn’t take much time or effort to pour one beer. It’s not like he could leave anyways considering how many people were still drinking. He refused because he already cleaned the taps (lol). It was embarrassing (for him), and I found it really unprofessional on his part. Also, rude. Awful experience. Don’t write you’re closing at midnight if you close at 11:30. Also, maybe turn off the “ouvert” sign when you’re closed? I really don’t see what was the big deal to serve a client, but hey, not everybody wants to make money and build a loyal clientele, I guess. This is how you lose customers. Will not be back and will tell all of my friends about this. The guy recommended Ciboire — go there instead. Much better beer and service ;)

Good beers at killer prices, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is chill. I can also recommend the food if you want something to snack on while trying all the beers available ;)

Fortunately they have good beer and food. Because service is a pain, and the business management really needs to be improved.Overall below average because of staff.
