I have now bought several items from 2-rad windsurfing, a whishbone and other smaller items. I checked the website for availability and emailed 2-rad directly everytime. Bruno has always been super responsive, fast and reliable. Communication has been great and items were shipped in a timely manner with a tracking number and arrived on time. The one star complainers should perhpas take the time to call or write an email before buying online, it makes the purchase a much better experience.

I bought a lot of gear from this store a couple of years ago. Overall, the prices were okay and they had availability of good quality equipment.I didn't like dealing with Bruno, he tried to go back on a deal we made and this made him hard to trust. In addition, one of the fins arrived damaged (clearly from use) but on the photo he sent it showed it in perfect shape. When I complained, he denied responsibility.I would not recommend this place.

$500 wetsuit free shipping bought from Montreal. 3 weeks later the. UPS guy shows up with my wetsuit in BC asking $76 for duty. Where's the free shipping? I would never buy from this place again. Misleading and if I wanted to buy from the US, I would've done that in the first place. 0 stars!!

If you buy products online, and it's not 1000+$ at a time, you will get sub-par service. I have used these guys 3 times and every single time wrong product is shipped. in all cases you will expect product to be received 1month later outside of QC. For your protection, use Pay-Pal or credit card.Latest shipment I purchased 2 harness lines, received 1 and of the wrong size. I read comments below and am dealing with Bruno, hopefully we will get this resolved without issues.EDIT: Bruno was very responsive and I received 2 correct harnesses.

I have bought my last four boards from 2-Rad (RRD wave boards). Bruno has always made sure I got the gear that suited my needs and the conditions I sail. The boards always arrive when promised, in perfect condition, and exactly as described. I can highly recommend 2-Rad as a place to buy your gear. Just wish Bruno could do something about the US/CAD exchange rate.

Misleading. Shows items in stock on website, but that's incorrect. Expect to wait for unknown lengths of time for your orders after you've paid with no follow up communication. Very poor customer service.

I purchased a used 2010 Fanatic Quad that was described as A condition and they weren’t kidding. Not a scuff on it. It arrived internationally in less than a week and was packed very well to protect the board. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.
