This place will make you wait for an hour and then tell you that they mess up your orders or they cannot make the food that you ordered. This place has the worst customer service ever.

I regularly order pizza from here. The quality can vary a lot depending on who’s making your food. I generally find it quite overpriced and I’ve had issues being overcharged in the past: I once paid $40 for a medium 3 topping pizza to be delivered to my place under a kilometre away - yes that’s on me for not addressing it with them immediately after, but it still happened.If what you’re looking for is your average pizza delivery place, look no further.I do believe if there were any better competition for customers in the immediate vicinity of Shilo, Pizza Pizza’s quality and value would improve out of necessity.

I don't know why you guys open late at 11am. The people who work at base can't even get breakfast before work here and then by the time 1130 or later rolls around, you stop serving breakfast by then. Why even serve breakfast at that point. You stopped serving breakfast all day and now you can't even get breakfast at all. Terrible timings.

Well, the staff here is really great and friendly but it's not not a 5 stars, maybe just cause it's Pizza Pizza. they don't even have real poutine gravy for their poutine....
