I’m disappointed by your corporate greed, but unfortunately, not surprised.What will you be doing to actually contribute to helping society going forward?

Absolutely infuriating customer experience. We're a business customer. We are withdrawing our business.-3 months and no client cards-2 month delay on business CC-unable to login to online banking-can't call the branch directly, who set up the accounts to resolve-we updated the phone #s for the account...we're now being advised that it takes up to 7 days for the change to go through the system....THIS MEANS WE'RE LOCKED OUT OF ONLINE BANKING FOR 7 DAYS!!!!! Because the system doesn't have a # to send the security code toThis seems like such a simple issue yet creates huge issues with accounting delays. We are running a business and can't have this delay. We'll be looking for alternative banking providers and recommend other businesses do the same.
