Was referred to this company by the builder. They were prompt, friendly and efficient. We enjoyed visiting with the extremely friendly workers while they worked on fixing our windows. It was a great experience and I would definitely use them again!

I can't say enough good things about Cameron Window & Door. We purchased a sliding patio door from them and the salesperson, Jon was great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the product and explained everything very well. The lead time on the door we purchased was exactly what Jon said it would be, which is really hard to narrow down during this pandemic, so that was nice as well!The installers Paul and Mackie were very professional and everything went flawlessly. They even took the time to cut the existing baseboard, which was slightly too long with the new door, down to the proper length.Overall, absolutely fantastic experience with these guys. 10/10 will be going back when the occasion arises.

We had a recent break-in at our home. Cameron Window came out immediately to assess the damage to all three entrance doors. They helped us select new doors and hardware and ordered them immediately. The doors were installed this week by an efficient crew. We are thrilled with the service, the installation, and the finished result. We recommend Cameron Window and Door highly.

Love my door but took much longer than the six weeks to complete with no updates. Had to call 3 times to find out when it would be completed

My window purchase from Cameron was a disappointment as there was problems with the window seal and mouldings, after several unsuccessful service attempts they became unresponsive. Any purchase is only as good as the post purchase service and Cameron under delivered. I could now recommend Cameron.

Avoid this company! Purchased 9 large windows from Cameron and had them install all 9. It was the worst decision I've made in the 30+ years I've owned my home.

For months, we have been going back and forth, trying to get our doors installed, figuring out what to do regarding blinds (they installed doors knowing fair well that I wouldn't be able to buy inserts for them and was later told, after the doors were installed, that we couldn't install our previous shutters due to the warranty being voided.) They originally installed new doors in my living room a few months ago now, replacing the trim with white pine instead of the original oak and it took months for them to replace/fix the problem. When they came back to install a new door in my kitchen, they forgot to bring the screen for the door and failed to mention this to me was in fact, due to the door not being in a box, or in the truck, or backordered... Just excuses after excuses. We still have no blinds and wonder if this will even be corrected and will probably have to spend $$$$ to get new ones, if we even can. I would never use this company again, or even recommend them to my worst known enemy. There is no clear communication between the owner and his employees or contractors, he has referred to his employees as stupid and incompetent and he just expects you to be home at his best convenience.

I was looking for a good deal on a single replacement window. Very friendly staff, they found me a great price and even delivered the screen to my office when it arrived in stock. Great service!

We do not recommend this company. They did a poor installation (3 external doors) and we have had countless back and forth emails, phone calls and text messages with them telling us they will send someone out, and no one shows. Avoid this company.

I recently had Cameron replace a large custom window in our home as well as two sliding patio doors.Jon was very responsive to my request for a quote, efficient in visiting my house and providing me with an estimate, and gave us a realistic timeline and full transparency when it came to the expected timeline for installation. Jon always responded to my emails within one business day and his estimated installation time was pretty well bang on.The installation crew was efficient, respectful of our home and family including my young son who was home at the time, and most importantly did a fantastic job, including the fine details such as trim work and floor transition.The quality of our new windows and doors are fantastic and we feel that we got good value for what we paid. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and will be using them again for our future needs!
