Was ignored the entire time and then received (more) poor service. Went to the BM down the road and had a far better experience.

Good professional crew. When you have any doubts about how to apply a certain paint they give you the right recommendations and tricks. Thanks again for your help!

Wrong paint color, they left it base white… Wasted a few hours with our painter that took 3weeks to schedule… initially they doubted the mistake, then said that the machine probably didn’t add the tint. They said that it was our painter’s responsibility to check the paint color… why can’t the person mixing check that the color matches? Or that it has any tint… Apparently cause they don’t have the sample swatches in the back because they are alllllll the way in the front of the store. Why can’t they put a little dollup of paint on the cover like every other paint mixer? Cause clients apparently complained ?No help finding a replacement painter for this weekend, absolute refusal to cover the cost of the painter. Had to repaint ourselves late into the night… I guess we’re “lucky” they replaced the gallon at no extra charge…Terrible terrible. Avoid at all costs.

This is my go to store for paint.Service unreal,professional all around .I have been going there now for over 15 yrs never a problem.Anyone who complains should try a big box store and good luck with what you get .The prices are higher but great quality.Appreciate this place as long as you can.!

Very organized, receptionist takes your order after asking what we need, then it is transmitted to the back of the place and the people at the back prepare the paint with the code # and bring it to the front and call by your name and give you the order.
