Glover Physiotherapy and Hand Clinic - pt Health

I can't remember the name of the physiotherapist I had, but he was really friendly, thorough, and helpful. I had a little trouble understanding him, not because he has an accent, but more to do with his soft-spoken and mumbled speech at times. He was great at his job, but it might be helpful to write down the advice and keep things short and to the point. But that wouldn't deter me from going back to this clinic. My advice is meant to be helpful, not critical. They do a great job and I'd recommend to friends and family.

Glover physio is very conveniently located close to where my dad lives, so I decided to give it a try needing physio after being rear ended. The office assistants are always friendly and cheerful when I go in. Also Glen has been excellent at helping me through this rough time facing pain and limitation. He is always punctual and I always feel better when I leave. I like it here so much I actually recently referred my father here when he was told to get physiotherapist for his hands. He has also noticed an improvement and we are very grateful.

The experience here was excellent starting at the front desk. The receptionist is very helpful, and do their best to get the appointment dates to match my preferences/availability.The Hand clinic staff is very knowledgeable and will explain what I'm doing and how it helps most of the time and answer my question, also they are straight forward and let me know what to expect and how long/painful my recovery will be without any sugarcoating.I've had two of their hand therapists due to one being on vacation, which was no surprise because I was told in advance, but even with a different therapist everything went as smooth as could be.I would definitively recommend Glover Physio and hand clinic to anyone needing hand therapy.

Shanty is a very good massage therapist. Receptionist is also very good and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Professional staff, efficient and helpful. Post motor vehicle incident. I have seen the following therapists, Physiotherapist Hilda who is very knowledgeable, provides good coaching and helpful in explaining my body function. Be prepared to do homework which is super helpful for maintaining recovery gains.I also see RMT Shanay who is one of the absolute best massage therapists I’ve experienced. Shanay has a complete understanding of where pain relief is needed and pressure is as requested. With the both therapies combined my overall health and well being have made huge positive progression in my recovery process. Thank you ladies and Glover Physio!

Very clean and professional office. The staff at the desk were helpful and kind. Cameron VanOort was an very knowledgeable hand specialist. My post op recovery was fast and uneventful in large part due to the excellent care and instructions I received from Cameron.

Went here for my knee injury from a car accident. Was able to get in the very next day and they took care of everything between icbc. Glen was a very knowledgeable physiotherapist, he gave me all sorts of exercises to get get me back to my healthy self, very easy going and easy to get along with. He provided all the notes and letters I needed for my workplace. Highly recommend this place.

The office staff were friendly and greeted me appropriately. They followed the Covid-19 safety guidelines, and gave me a new surgical facemask although I was wearing another one. There was no waiting for the physiotherapist Mr. Hendricks to serve me. Under his supervision, he had me perform the exercises he wanted me to do. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received at the Glover Physiotherapy Clinic.

My hand is totally fixed after just one session and 2 weeks of the exercises and care instructions he gave me. Everyone was really nice and I would definitely recommend this place. My regular physiotherapist at another clinic didn't specialize in hands and made it worse so I recommend a hand specialist.
