Awesome staff! Great customer service!

Picked up a screw in my tire over the weekend and dropped my car off Monday morning to get a new tire put on. Due to circumstances beyond their control they could not get a tire for me for 4 days. They both dropped me off and picked me up from work that day and arraigned a brand new loaner for me for the week. After troubles I have had at other dealers in town over the years this is hands down the best experience I have ever had. I will be returning for my next purchase and probably even the one after that.

Not sure why this dealership has received such high reviews. I bought a used Acura a few years ago from them and recently had a check engine light come. This is not an issue in and of itself, but after doing some research I wanted to know if an Acura technician knew more about the code. I left my name and number with an employee at the service desk and was told he would have a technician call me back. I waited two days before calling back again. The same employee picked up the phone and recognized my voice and now changed his story to, no he couldn’t spare a single tech for even a minute to help me with my issue. He instead told me to go google my issue (as if that isn’t most peoples first step). Pure laziness and total lack of respect for the customer.

We've owned our Acura MDX for about 10 months and have had nothing but great experiences from the sales and financing process and with the service department. Had a particularly great experience last week when one of the wheels started making a loud noise. They told me to bring it whenever I could the next day and they would put it up on the ramp to see what might be going on. Might need another appointment if parts were needed but they would see what they could do.When I went in they had my paperwork already done and waiting for me right on her desk.While it was in the shop they replaced all the wipers and topped up the air in the tires. They took the wheel off and cleared out a few rocks that had made their way in between the rotor and the break dust shield. I was there maybe an hour and they came over to update me 6 times and offered me coffee twice. They even gave it a quick exterior wash and sent me on my way.Very much a breath of fresh air compared to the service we received from a previous dealership. Highly recommend!

There must be a problem in the price of their used vehicles if they have had the same ones on the lot for months. I would of bought a used one there but the sales rep was a liar and did not budge in price at all. It has been 5 months and the same car I was interested in is still there.

I lease vehicles frequently, and I can tell you, you cant go wrong dealing with O'Neil Acura, the staff is so great and they make everything go smooth and easy, Special thanks to Mr Jonathan Rowsell, Your professional attitude and knowledge and ease of handling things is much appreciatedI am thankful for your service and we are so happy and proud for having not one, but two Acuras in the driveway
