Went in for their Bun Bo Hue and their Fish Cake Noodle Soup with a side of Nem Cua Bê (square spring roll with crab meat inside). The broth stands out to me in both the noodle soups which is always a good sign. The noodles were pretty solid and not overcooked, which is especially important for the Bun Bo Hue since that mouth feel adds to the experience. It was wonderful that I could tell what each ingredient were in every dish by their distinct flavour. With everyone raising their cost for Pho lately, you’re getting quality food for an extra dollar or two compared to other places. Hopefully we can come here again in the future!

The food taste amazing, servers are friendly and quick. We ordered Bun dau mam tom but the tofu was sour, so they brought us the new ones which tasted good. Other than that, it's a good place to go for Vietnamese food.

I like the decorations and the atmosphere of the restaurant. They got many unique dishes on the menu but the taste was below my expectations. There was too much bean sprouts and it wasn’t easy eating noodles from a plate for the bun bo la lot dish. Lemongrass chicken is good but it doesn’t go well with broccoli. Everything is okay overall but not making me want to come back to try other dishes

This is one of the few Vietnamese restaurants that serve Northern Vietnamese cuisine. I have visited this restaurant various times when I come to Vancouver. Finally decided I should give it a review since I love it so much. Their ingredients are very fresh and they are generous with herbs on all their dishes. The fried basa fish is a must try if you like dill and the Vietnamese shrimp paste. Crab spring rolls - plenty of crab filling and tasty.

What a delicious dinner - so fresh and all our dishes were so flavourful. We ordered the pork/crab spring rolls, pork belly bahnmi, and pho bo. The noodles are perfectly cooked, no need to mix to separate. 10/10 cannot wait to go back, a little pricey but worth it!

Cảm ơn !! Absolute Best Authentic Vietnamese Cuisine!Whilst this isn't the most local looking Asian joint I'd usually grub down at, I have to give this place props for the awesome interior decor and phenomenal aesthetics make this a great joint to chow, the details are awesome even down to the tableware.I got the PHỞ CHAY Vegetarian Tofu & Broccoli Noodle soup which was pretty yummy! A plentiful portion, cooked well and a pretty rad veggie broth (hard to always find) that was not too salty and nice hints of citrus and authentic flavors. I would have expected a bit more Tofu in terms of portion size, especially since this place is on the more expensive side and less down to earth style Vietnamese joint.Support local businesses!

Amazing cuisine, not your typical Vietnamese fast food joint. Amazing dishes and very well priced for what is presented and offered. No credit cards accepted… so bring cash or debit.

This joint has more variety of Vietnamese dishes than your normal run of the mill Pho noodle places. The broth is mild but doesn't have MSG which is a nice change.

Great place. Good Vietnamese food. Love their spring rolls. Especially the crab one. The noodles soups are good too. To be honest, their portions are slightly on the smaller side, especially for the price here in Vancouver, but it's still good. Love how they have the pickled garlic as condiment here, it's very rare to see in Vancouver and in North America. But it's a normal staple in vietnam. Love to see it. Highly recommend for a more authentic Vietnamese experience.

I love Mr. Red. Been coming since they were across the street! And it was probably the first time where I had pho that was different from the standard stuff. Not too pricey and quality ingredients. If you get the chicken pho I'd go with the all chicken one and not the combo with fish ball and mushrooms... Just my preference.
