10 star review !! I ordered a fall centrepiece and fresh flowers for an bridal shower cake. The flowers were amazing!! Even the bakery commented on the high quality of the flowers. They could not have been more perfect.

Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. Called the store at about 4pm as Google said the store closed at 5pm and my mother hadn’t received her flowers yet. I was worried I’d messed the order up and when I started explaining this to the person who answered the phone, I was interrupted mid-sentence and told in a quite rude tone,” Ok we have 300 orders today and 10 drivers. They’re all out driving right now.” I understand Mother’s Day is a busy day and my call might have seemed annoying to you, but my mother was sitting at home all day with no gifts from us so I wanted to confirm the late delivery wasn’t a fault of my own. Considering I was a paying customer, who was calling simply out of curiosity, not anger, I would have expected a more pleasant phone call. Not rating 1 star because the flowers were eventually delivered and they are nice, but the quality of customer service here needs work. Definitely taking my business elsewhere next year.

Always the best service and the freshest flowers! I won’t go to anyone else. The owner is such a great lady and I’m sure anyone that has been in to buy flowers would agree. Can’t recommend enough.

I can’t recommend Sandy enough at Burlington Flowers. She did our florals for my wedding and she was extremely responsive and reasonably priced. All flowers turned out fantastic. Thank you again Sandy!

Mother's day update:Flowers arrived a day late. No contact was made to make the delivery or let the recipient know what was going on. Could have been resolved with a simple phone call. Disappointing as I've used this florist before and they communicated very well that the delivery may be late. They can definitely do better. The flowers were nice once they arrived, but had to lower to 3 stars.-----------Thank you to Sandra and her team for the great customer service, (keeping me in the loop of possible delays) and just generally being a compassionate human being during these troubled times and the passing of a friend. The flowers were beautiful. Thanks again and all the best.

Acted with high integrity! When something I ordered was out of stock, she created a gorgeous custom bouquet that blew my mother away! Great communication throughout the service as well. Highly impressed, I recommend and will be making this my primary flower delivery service.
