Sitting in drive thru with 4 cars in front of me. Figured it shouldn't take long. Boy was I wrong! It was painfully slow. At least 15 min wait....no exaggeration. Unacceptable!!!!. Figured I would see maybe 3 employees running around like crazy when I got to the window but boy was I wrong again. More like 7-8 employees standing around and chatting. Management needs to do better. This was not ok.

This place is a complete disaster. Firstly i had a very rude lady not understand what i wanted to order, she asked me roughly 4 times the same question and i would respond with the same answer, all 4 times. then after the fact i went to go wait at the side i ordered from i was standing there for 10 minutes (i ordered smile cookies and a drink which they had all ready) i then moved to the other side where a rude elderly lady asked me why i’m there and what did i get, she then proceeded to tell me to go wait my turn like everyone else, completely rude and unprofessional. i then got the smile cookies in a bag when they were freshly baked, while others before me got them in a box so all my cookies are messed up. on top of all of that my drinks weren’t made correctly, i wanted to go back inside to complain but i did not want to even see those two horrendous employees. definitely do not recommend this tim hortons AT ALL.

Went in and placed our order. I ordered 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese. I watched the girl turn the dial on the toaster to a faster setting. My bagels were heated up bread with cream cheese. Come on Tim Hortons this is ridiculous. Customer service has really gone down hill. If I wanted heated bread, I would of asked them to heat them in the microwave. Please do better because thus customer service is a joke.

Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and all 3 came without egg.Like how do you mess up that badly? That's like forgetting to put the beef patty in a burger.Not to mention they did it to all 3 sandwiches which is even worse and somehow nobody thought that was weird?I've seen some mistakes at fast food before but this is probably one of the top 3.Forgetting to put cream or sugar in a coffee I can understand to a degree, but forgetting the main ingredient in a 3 ingredient sandwich is honestly a joke.

This location takes forever!! Don’t get stuck in the drive through I won’t even risk it anymore. 6 cars from the speaker takes them 20min. They make me late for work weekly . Unfortunately it’s the location on my way to work. Your order will only be correct 50% of the time too

The African American lady (not the young one) at the cashier on 31/05 evening can certainly learn some service etiquettes. Seems like she just wanted a break and service with a smile seems way over the mark for her and was too casual.

This location needs some serious cleaning. The floors are unswept, unmopped and disgusting. More than just daily dirt there. The garbage bins are filthy, dripping with coffee and who knows what else and the doors are gross. The carpets haven’t been vacuumed in ages.if it looks like this in the public spaces what happens in the spaces we can’t see? People are mostly friendly. That’s why I gave it two stars.

I ordered a breakfast belt on a plane baggel the lady said she hates when I order it like that then gave me 2 dd instead of what I ordered. then thought it was a joke dont go here. There orders are never right they let the line go our the door with 1 cashier well the other 10 do nothing. They can get orders right don't go here.

To the lady with the long braids who served my mum and I today 06/24 at 12:15, I’ve never had such a rude unwarranted comment from someone serving me in an restaurent ever.We were dining in and it was quite busy, when it was our turn we approached the counter and I said hello and asked how the ladies day was. She remained silent which is fine, but when I began my order, this lady scoffed and looked me up and down with her eyes. I asked her what warranted such a response and she said “it’s just the way you’re wearing your glasses” - they were sitting on my chin, which doesn’t even matter. She then entered my order in incorrectly, and after correcting her, made comments under her breath.After waiting about 10 minutes for our food, my mum approached the counter to ask about our order. Where the same lady gave my mum a face and tossed the bag at her.What matters is the pure lack of respect this employee has, from what I can see looking at other reviews, is a common occurrence.I too work in customer service and I would never, make a comment about someone’s appearance.I was so caught off guard by this women’s attitude and lack of respect I almost asked to speak with a manager but again, reading reviews here show the management places blame on their customers. I’m sure I’ll get the generic bot response that is pasted under every other negative review “your comments are very concerning to us, please email our customer service”. Which I will.For the few extra dollars, I will now be taking my business to Starbucks, since their customer service is outstanding and I’d rather pay the difference for a product made correctly and without an insult.

I go in quite a bit before I start work. The morning staff is fantastic and super friendly. But aftroon staff needs work. No one on afternoons seems to wear hair nets?!!! Like im sorry its fast food you have to wear a hair net doesn't matter the position! (I worked at Timahorts for 5 years and i'm a managar at wendys) i order food because i went in on my break from work no sandwich maker in sight when the girl came from the back she had no hair net and her hair now and she was cewing gum with her mouth open and blowing bubbles with it. They aren't supposed to be chewing gum or eating food on floor! as well as im finding they don't show interest in customers because they are all too busy having a conversation in another language, which as a customer I don't know if they are talking back about me or not. As well as i felt a little off put because they first tried taking my order in this other language and im sorry I only know English. But the supervisor also didn't correct any behaviour, she also did sound to me like she didn't care when i voiced my concerns about the sandwich maker. But the only girl i saw with her hair up was the supervisor all the others had it down and no one had a hair net. Was just super frustrated because I know for a fact if the health unit saw the things i did there would be major issues!!
