this store has gotten better for clothes and options of what you can buy. buy the outside of your store is run down and garbage looking. I would never park there.. the outside of the building so ghetto and gross. ewww.

Until today Riffs was my favorite store to shop especially for men's clothing.I purchased a jacket for my brother for christmas and it was to small I returned it today for a larger size and when the cashier picked it up off the counter she noticed a small hole on the inside of the jacket which I never saw when I purchased it. She had to talk to the manager and was told it could not be returned because it looked like it had been burned I'm not sure if it looks like a burn or not but I do know it was done before I purchased it. I talked to the manager myself and was told the same I explained to her that I brought it home wrapped it, my brother came Christmas day he opened it and tried it on it was to small and it was Put in a bag to be returned. She asked if it was possible that it may have been burned / asked if my brother smoked to which I replied yes he does smoke but not in my house and as you can see all tags are attached so he wasn't outside with it on. I asked her was it possible that maybe it was like it when you received it or done in the store or maybe somebody else returned it oh no she said every item is inspected thoroughly when it comes from the company before going on the shelf and when people return things. ( I really find this hard to believe). I could go on but I should end here. Not sure where I will do my shopping now especially christmas shopping as I will not be shopping at Riffs anymore.One very unhappy customer.
