Clean, well situated and very helpful staff. On my recent visit to North Bay I popped in to get some things for my pups. They had everything I was looking for. Some of the prices were a little more than PetSmart so keep an eye out. Overall good location

The nice younger gentalman employee immediately offered his assistance when he realized I was getting 2 30kg bags of dog food. The younger lady at the cash also offered assistance. Very well mannered employees.
