You have better choice to buy the furniture online instead of going to the store.

Bouclair charges a fee for every delivery and uses doordash ....a company that does not have access to appartment blocks' mailing rooms like Canada Post, Ups, Fedex. 2 of my orders got lost, although I received a message that they had been delivered and by whom. My daughter fir whom it was,was at home but nothing was there.I don't trust doordash anymore.There was no option to choose standard delivery when I ordered , the costly express delivery was the only option.When isent them sn email I was tild I could pick it up from the store- well it was a Valentine's gift for my daughter and I do not live there.Do not order unless you have a house where they can just drop off the order in front of the door - if you believe them.Customer service friendly, but I still did not receive merchandise.Now wondering about refund and will see.You have to pay for return shipping.NOT AS CHEAP in the end as they make it look.

I came to purchase some cute storage baskets on sale and when I was checking out, the cashier deliberately spoke to me in French when I made it clear that I don’t speak the language by speaking in English and not understanding her questions. I started the conversation with hello and she responded with bonjour. She continued and clearly didn’t care. Do not force your customers to speak a language they don’t know how to or you’ll definitely be losing them. Rude woman.

This is by far the worst Bouclair I've ever been to. They over charged my credit card $300 and it took me 2 weeks to get it back. Unprofessional staff from manager to the cashiers.

Welcoming place to shop. Most of the staff very friendly and helpful. They are very respectful towards clients. Wonderful experience.

I went there and found all I needed, at the end There was a nice artistic décoration item with a 50% discount that one of the girls working there suggested to me because it had a good harmony in colour with the other items I bought, I was very happy because the suggested item used to be very expensive in regulier price but with 50% off and overall 20% discount on the whole invoice, it cost me snack's price. I will back again and again... Thanks

I like the variety of beautiful things they have to decor your home. You can find all organized by colors. They have little derails that can make your house so nice. Even though, I'm not a hockey fan it is so nuce all the thing they have to decor your little hockey corner, plus you can always find somethin in sale in there
