My entire experience with Jim at Ontario Fitness Stores has been awesome. Purchasing three concept 2 rowers and 3 spin bikes, Jim has been very professional, personable and super accommodating. His passion for fitness and customer service is unparalleled. He works around the clock to ensure his customers are satisfied and this even includes working during the holidays to get equipment shipped. I will be recommending to anyone who needs any piece of fitness equipment for either home or commercial gym and I will definitely be returning to Ontario Fitness Stores in the future.Thank you Jim.

Jim made himself available at a moment's notice, I was able to pick up 6 pairs of dumbbells for a very reasonable price. He helped me load my car, actually did it all himself, and was very polite and kind, especially being 10pm on a Friday. I appreciate the openness and will certainly recommend to family and friends. Asked a simple question and got such a rude answer from Jim. Would not recommend. 0/10 Go elsewhere where you will get better pricing and service like landmark athletics or even Wal Mart.EDIT: You can tell from the response below, that this is a joke of a business probably ran by a hot head keyboard warrior.I asked a simple question which could have been answered with a simple yes or no but Jim decided to reply in the rudest matter. I don’t ever leave reviews but the service received was above and beyond anything you expect these days.I reached out on Easter Sunday not expecting a reply back until Tuesday. I was contacted back within the hour. My questions were answered extremely quick and detailed. Jim then set it up so that I did not have to drive 2 hours to pick up but picked up closer to where I live. This all happened in less than a 24 hour period. During the pick up I was in constant communication, being provided updates and timings.I can not speak highly enough of this business. Standards in my opinion with customer service has drastically gone down hill. But they give you customer service you want to receive and then go above and beyond that. Many business could learn a lot of this company in how you treat your customers.Great pricing. Great communication. Exceptional customer service. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly highly recommend.

I purchased a Concept2 rower from Jim at OFS. From start to finish the process was fantastic. The communication was great and Jim was cooperative throughout the process. His pricing and delivery were considerably better than other options I had in Ottawa. I will definitely purchase from here again, and highly recommend others consider shopping here as well.

I wanted to purchase a Concept 2 BikeErg and I was skeptical at first to purchase from Ofit, but I am sure glad I did. The experience from start to finish was very smooth. Jim was very professional, approachable, open with his communication, responded very frequently, pricing is comparable to other online sellers and I was able to get my BikeErg within a couple of days. Didn't have to deal with shipping delays, damaged packaging, slow customer service, etc. Dealing with OFit was spot on. I have already recommended this place to my other gym-mates and will definitely purchase from here again. And yes, the bike works perfectly!

Very good quality rubberized weight plates for 20-30% less than I’ve seen anywhere else. Owner responded very quickly, was very friendly and even helped load the weights. Worth the drive to North Toronto!
