I cannot recommend Jessi enough! I thought I knew what clean was, but she blew my mind with how she transformed my house. Plus she had a long phone call with me just giving me property management tips being new at this field. Above and beyond, a complete professional in every way and I look forward to working with her!

Let me tell you, this team is the absolute best around! Jessi hires only the best and most trusted (& drug free!!!) and trains her employees to be the best in this industry. Where others have failed in our community, Jessi's team always excells. Research before hiring. We used many others before and were so glad to finally have found that local 5 STAR" cleaning group that we could trust to not only get the job done to perfection every clean but also the ones that we can trust that all of our belongings will always be there when we return. (2 other local companies have stolen from our family homes and owners wouldn't even take any accountability.) You definitely are missing out if you are using anyone else in the area. Jessi and her crew always leave my place sparkling clean and go out of their way to make tight turn arounds work. I couldn't run our Airbnb without them!Recently, I paid $747 and then my husband paid that same amount again" and Jessi had the integrity to let me know immediately and promptly refunded my payment. Jessi came through for me in a last minute scenario with a waterfront rental and I am very grateful. I had quite a mess in a long term rental that needed turned over asap because time is money. Jessi and her crew did a marvelous job paying close attention to every square inch of detail from baseboards, inside cupboards, and all the nooks and crannies in between. With waterfront property, nothing can be left dirty and Jessi and her crew clearly understand this and I will be using them again while also recommending them to my tenants who are requesting weekly/monthly cleanings.

Kudos to Jessi and her team at Queen of Clean. I needed a move-out clean up and she far surpassed my expectations. She also went so far as to send before and after pics. When they were done, the house looked brand new. She was patient if other things needed to be done and if something wasn't in her bag of tricks, she knew exactly who to call. I highly recommend Queen of Clean for cleaning your house, if you're selling it or if you just need a weekly touch up.

Jessi is professional, polite and intelligent. I have not used her cleaning service but I am that guy on the motorcycle she refers to on a previous post... She was kind enough to have a rational adult discussion about our difference in opinion and we came to mutual resolution. Not many people left out there that are that real.If she runs her company anything like the way she handled our situation, I would do business with her in a heartbeat.Soooo, Ross D whomever you are, your 1 star fake profile rating is just WRONG.LIKE Jessi I will pray for you to resolve your anger and do the right thing by removing that inaccurate feedback.God bless.

Jessi and her team are everything I've always wished the other cleaning companies would be - reliable, professional, communicative, trustworthy and detail oriented. Jessi shines where all the others fail; she takes the time to train her staff. During the training process she even checks their work with a white glove - no joke! I can't recommend them enough!!!

Jessi and her team are amazing! I have a vacation rental that I can’t imagine running without her - she goes above and beyond, has jumped in last minute in multiple situations to save a guest turnover, and is totally trustworthy. She has full access to my rental (which has saved me so much time!) and I have received nothing by compliments from my guests about how the place is “sparkling clean.” On top of that, her communication is excellent!! I highly, highly recommend her!

I own a professional carpet cleaning company and I'm called in after many cleaning services. Many times I have to re-vaccum or clean things that have been missed in order to insure I give the best cleaning to my clients.
