Katie went above and beyond for my wedding and for that I am truly grateful. Our venue didn't have cucumber juice so she went ahead and made it herself (without me asking)! She made planning so easy and was so supportive in every way. She understands your wants and needs and recommends vendors accordingly. Whatever needed to get done, Katie and her team got done. Our day was seamless, stress-free and so beautiful and I couldn't have done it without Katie. I highly recommend Katie and Co to anyone planning a wedding.

Katie & her team went above & beyond to make our wedding truly special. We are from Toronto, but got married in Vancouver, so really needed someone to help us with our wedding. Katie is so organized, professional, and has the best industry contacts to create an elegant & timeless look. Katie guided us through the entire process, reminded us of timelines, & eased any concerns we may have had with other vendors. We also can’t say enough about Katie’s creative eye for detail. Our venue space was gorgeous. Having worked in one of the top Vancouver establishments, The Vancouver Club, Katie has high standards & this gives her an edge over other wedding planners. We will recommend Katie to anyone planning a wedding in the future :)

Having Katie help us with our wedding was the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning process! Without a doubt Katie was the best decision we made for our wedding. My husband and I were planning a small celebration and were initially unsure whether we needed a wedding coordinator. However, we could not be happier with our decision to hire Katie. She went above and beyond to ensure our day was stress-free and allowed us to be present with our family and friends. Thank you Katie for being so instrumental in making our wedding go off without a hitch. The planning process was so easy. Katie was well prepared, filled us in all the details we had overlooked and provided us very realistic and accurate quotes on food, drinks and decor. By far the best decision we made in planning our wedding was hiring Katie. We selected the wedding takeover package and Katie was incredible, going above and beyond in every step along the way. We first spoke to Katie through a zoom call and immediately got a positive vibe from her. It was a very collaborative experience, with Katie being open to our suggestions and providing great recommendations and advice where needed. She is very professional, incredibly organized and extremely reliable, which we thought was critical. Leading up to the wedding, Katie took over coordinating with all our vendors, ran our ceremony rehearsal and also prepared a very detailed wedding day schedule which she shared with all the vendors. All of this made us feel very at ease as we knew exactly how the day was going to go and that Katie was going to be there throughout to help execute. On the wedding day, Katie actively communicated with us and ensured everything went according the plan. In the morning, Katie arrived at both getting ready locations before heading to the venue to oversee the set up. Throughout the wedding day, Katie had a very calm demeanour despite all the things was responsible for on the wedding day. This was very calming for us and really allowed us to be present and enjoy the day as much as possible. Our families and friends all had amazing things to say about Katie – she is truly a master of her craft. We can’t thank Katie enough for making our day so special and stress free! Thank you, Katie!!

The best decision we ever made for our wedding was hiring Katie Ley. We worked with Katie for over a year planning our wedding and from start to finish Katie was totally professional, punctual and so knowledgable. Not only did she make wedding planning a breeze for us, but she also made it so fun. We really felt like we could lean on Katie for basically anything during this process and she executed flawlessly, and never showed us any stress or conflict.
