Went to this store yesterday- no one came to help me until I went to the cash where the staff member was on the computer- I asked about a substitute for Birkenstock sandals. They had a brand that I was interested in but he advised that they don’t carry stock with more sizes even though they did have quite a selection of shoes on display nor could they be ordered!! He advised to go to Walking on a Cloud which by the way they don’t carry the brand. He said this store mainly deal with orthotic inserts.They sure must sell a lot of inserts in order to pay the rent at the mall!!
