I rented a condo through this company for a year. They responded quickly to any requests for maintenance and the process for moving in and moving out was great. Had no issues at all and everyone I spoke with was professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

My experience with Continental was abhorrent at every turn.Promises to have the suite clean and ready to move in...? Lie. The unit was a big sty, broken closet doors, broken screen door, broken blinds and a literal pile of trash was left on the deck. They had cleaners arrive on move-in day while we were moving! Cleaning job was sub par, blinds took 4 months to get fixed, and they never cleaned up the pile of trash!Our representative for the company never answered her phone and took too long to answer emails and never updated us on when fixes would take place. I would get a call from the maintenance guy the day he wanted to show up and access the unit, oh and I had to give him access, I guess providing keys to their maintenance people would be almost convenient for the tenants. They definitely don't want that! Total lack of communication and zero regard for my time.Come move out, we had the place professionally cleaned. The company rep there for the move-out tells me everything is good and that I will get my entire deposit back. Just got the cheque in the mail and guess what? She lied. 100$ was removed because the 30 year old stove was deemed 'unclean' after stating to my face that everything was in order.I wouldn't rent from these crooks ever again and I strongly recommend that no one subject themselves to such horrible treatment.

We have rented from them for 18 months and this is the worst place ever. Unorganized and disrespectful to our time.

Very positive experience. I have been renting a townhouse from them for the past 2 years. When our hot water tank was leaking they replaced it right away. The people they send to do repairs are very kind and are good about making sure that they coordinate with you so that they come on a convenient day and time. They communicate well with their renters and are set up to take rent via e-transfer which is very convenient.

They are the worst company to deal with. Difficult to reach. Intimidating representatives. They will keep your damage deposit. They generate their own receipts to back it up. You will have to file with the RTDRS to get your money back. Avoid them.
