This is by far the best counselling practice I have ever been to, Kevin Parker is an amazing therapist who is skilled in so many ways. I can definitely say that these are people who genuinely care about the people they work with, it is definitely ahead of the curve on many levels and is by far the most friendly and open minded place to seek help for anything from addiction to trauma and anxiety / depression or other difficulties one might experience. Integral Counselling has truly improved my life in ways that nearly 2 decades of other types of professional help could not.

Pauline Goh provides an exceptional counseling service with years of experience and a profound approach to therapy. Her presence and insights create an optimal environment for self-growth and healing. I especially hold Pauline in high regard for her genuine care at each session and her consistency in holding a safe space. A very positive experience for me and I am certain for many others too!

Pauline has the ability to gently guide you to a safe space within. Returning back to my centre and greeting the lost child within. Something I never thought possible. Through working with her I was able to learn to be in my body again and stop disassociating out of my trauma. It was a blessing to hold space with her. After years of trying other counsellors, I met Pauline and I was finally able to break through and meet myself, allowing me to greet the day fully present. Can’t express my gratitude enough. Z
