The pharmacy staff couldn’t be any more helpful kind and just always so pleasant .Throughout covid I have never had to go without any products or medication for any of my family. When I have questions or concerns they always stop and answer me and they make sure I fully understand everything before I leave.The pharmacy team make this place the reason why I keep coming back. Oh ya and the delivery personnel AMAZING!!

Cute little drugstore. It's super close to home, which is great for me - I don't drive. The pharmacy there is by far the best I've dealt with. Puts certain other chain stores to shame. So happy I switched!

Staff is terrible, rude , and I'll trained.Building is dark and dingy.

Front counter staff and post office personnel are bright, courteous and professional... have helped my dad and I with sending letters and packages as far as Japan and as close as local addresses at Christmas time... will continue to do business with this establishment...

People are kind! The medication management program is non-existent. It doesn’t send me notifications it says it will, it doesn’t actually send me refill and renewal requests to the store. If you need assistance with medication management this is NOT the company to use.Ps. Looking for recommendations on actual medication management programs. Being extra suicidal once a month is not okay, and I refuse to live this way.

This review is for the post office. The lady working the counter there is so competent and friendly. She helped me return an online purchase. Never going back to the Shoppers post office!!

I had to switch one of my medications and my normal pharmacy who delivered weekly didn't carry. I am disabled and use a scooter to travel the 2km. First pickup was on Friday, second my other pharmacy tried to pick up on Saturday but was not ready. I picked up on Sunday. Next week was Thanksgiving and was rainy so asked for delivery. Did not get them til Wednesday. Went on Monday to get the next week's pill was told I could not get them til Wednesday, picked up on Thursday as Wednesday was raining. Next week went on Tuesday told I would have to pick up Thursday. I had to get my doctor to tell them to fill the prescription. Next week told I would have to come back tomorrow. Call doctor and they were told to have them ready each and every Tuesday. I will see this Tuesday if they have them ready.

Both stores have excellent staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Especially the pharmacist at 99 Wayne Gretzky.
