What a great store! Bright, well organized, and very clean! The ladies working in the store are fantastic and very much for quality over quantity. They aren't there trying to push clothes that don't fit, they are there helping you find the clothes that are the most flattering for your shape. When I left there, I felt empowered and comfortable in the clothes I bought. Have already been back twice since my initial visit and will continue to shop there. All women come in different shapes and sizes, and I feel that this store really embraces that concept. Very nice to not have to drive to the states for proper plus sized clothing, and being able to support a local business. Kudos to Fashion Addition!

Truly an excellent shopping experience! The store is extremely clean and tidy, well laid-out and beautifully displayed. The staff are amazing. They remember you even if you haven't been in for months and a lot of times even remember what you bought the previous times you were in. They're always super helpful with suggestions, also making sure that you know about any discounts or sales that are happening right now, and always offering to check their other stores if there's a size that you couldn't find. I feel like they are truly happy that I am shopping there and genuinely want to help me have a fantastic shopping experience and leave a very happy customer. This is a big part of what keeps me coming back (of course the beautiful clothing that they have as well helps too!).

Susan is amazing!! I had to make an exchange, and she went above and beyond helping me patiently for ages until I finally found something. She listened attentively to my needs and searched the store for me while I was trying things on. I couldn’t have done it without her kind help. So grateful!

At first i was excited at the selection; then i saw some pretty ridiculous prices. just basic tank tops were $60-70. and the staff need to learn where the fine line of good customer service and pestering the customer is. the second you touch something, one of them is there asking to put it in a room. no time to decide if I even liked it before someone bothered me. one lady kept insisting on putting something in a room after I'd said no twice because i already knew it would fit. only stopped when my boyfriend stepped in. will not be returining.

Had a wonderful experience at the Langley store. Shopped there several times over the last 2 wks for some clothes for Hawaii. The staff were very attentive and looked after me each & every time I visited the store. A big thank you to Tanya & her boss for honoring a discount that was missed at a different Fashion Addition store. All of the staff I've encountered over the last several visits are friendly, personable, very accommodating & attentive. Kudos to management for hiring the best of the best staff. Look forward to returning in a couple of months to see what else they have. Thank you for making my shopping so easy & enjoyable.

I cautiously shop here. Sales ladies are very pushy. After several attempts to exchange a faulty $60 sweater, I will give up, not worth the hassle. Disappointing customer service.

I've had nothing but great service, and clothes that fit me properly, which is usually pretty difficult for me. Great selection and range of sizes, but what I like most is how unique some of the clothes are from the usual plus size racks you see everywhere else. There isn't a lot of choices out there for plus size women, and we all have different tastes. But I can feel confident when I wear the outfit I bought there. I totally recommend them. And the staff have been very friendly.

Wonderful, friendly, and helpful sales ladies.Update: popped in at the last minute today. The store was clean, and clothes were presented beautifully.The sales lady was super helpful. She found me multiple options for my upcoming flight, and her first idea was the winner.I feel terrible that I didn't get her name. I'm grateful for her help and wish I could let everyone know who she is!If she sees this, I'm the one headed to Mexico this weekend, and I will be wearing the beautiful blue tunic you chose! I've already packed the Karen Kane that you found at 40% off!

Posting on my husband’s account; My friend and I visited this store today looking for some new outfits. The most annoying salesperson EVER, would not stop pestering us, asking to put items in the change room, following us everywhere around the store. If I didn’t know better I think she was afraid we were there ti steal from the store?! Could not take her nagging anymore, there were a couple of things I liked but finally I said to my friend “screw this” and we left after 20 minutes. She definitely lost the store sales today with her annoying “customer service”. Lady; let people browse in peace and if they need, they’ll come ask YOU. Beware, you’ve been warned.
