Terrible experience. Company does not stand up to their products. I placed an order on sublimation items and had a problem with 1 item. I contacted them on the same day that I picked up the order. Myrna refused any help and I stopped getting any email replies.I now realize that many people in this industry also feel the same way about this company.

These guy are fanstantic. we purhase my large format sublimation printers from them as well as our paper, inks and head cleaning supplies. Their price and service is top notch. Also, Noel is extremely knowledgeable about large format submilation press and printers. He has saved our butts many many times over the eyars. Thank you Value-Rite for helping when us we need it. Value-Rite, and in particular Noel Gravel, was our man on the ground helping us decide which equipment was right for us back in 2017. We went with an Epson Surecolor F6200 and a Chinese rotary heat press. Noel was wonderful in making himself available to install the equipment for us, teach us how to operate it and answer any questions our staff had.In the years following, Value-Rite has been a good supplier, with only a couple of hitches here and there in getting supplies quickly.They are professional and responsive. When our F6200 was drowned in a roof leak, we needed another machine quickly to keep up with orders. They expedited a new machine right away.The rotary press was a gamble, but it too has paid off in spades. Being the only continuous rotary press in Ottawa, has brought us business that other shops with only a clamshell cannot do. It's given us a real edge.

I am a small business owner I regularly deal with lots of suppliers. Value rite is the most unorganized business I have ever dealt with. I had a huge quality issue with hundreds of defective mugs that I had to chase after the company for 6 months to have the product replaced. I ended up with an unauthorized charge to my credit card for $1500 for the replacement mugs because it was never communicated to accounting that I had a credit for the defective mugs. Their freight company chased after me for months trying to get me to pay for the pick up of the defective mugs. They are not on top of charging you for product. I purchased product in June and had a $2000 charge to my credit card spontaneously in December for the June invoice. I highly discourage anyone from purchasing here. It's been an absolute nightmare of an experience.

No Return on Defective Printer. Buyer Beware.Unfortunately, they don't stand by the products they carry. We purchased an Epson F170 to do sublimation, but the printer was defective - we found this out a few days after we picked it up from their warehouse in Markham. We called Epson first, they were great at troubleshooting and claimed the hardware defective. Epson said we should contact the seller and get a speedy replacement. These guys refused to take the printer back or replace with another one and told us to deal with Epson. It seems obvious to any consumer, as it was for us, that once the sale is made the customer takes a back seat. Business manager Jay says this is standard business practice for us

Myrna is very responsive and honest about what they sell.I’ve had bad experiences with many suppliers on false advertising but Myrna has been great to deal with. I wish they were closer!

Top notch service and products.We have dealt with Jay multiple times now and the service both in person and over the phone has been excellent and the products have worked out beautifully as well.

Tried them a couple of times but when I had an issue, and a $10.50 credit was in question, they dropped off the face of the earth!I messaged a few times inquiring about the credit, for 3 damaged mugs, and to order a $51 part.When making an order, they were quick to answer. If you’re serious about your business, I wouldn’t waste your time.
