Super fast food delivery service! Restroom is very clean. Plenty of free parking. Kids enjoyed having meals here.

Loud loud African music was playing on the counter.I love that music but at McDonald's Brossard was certainly not the place for that disco".I couldn't even hear what was said it was so loud.I had to go inside after the drive through because it was the wrong order.That wrong order was poorly packed; the sauce was dripping.There were young employees chatting and laughing while I was waiting.The manager didn't seem to mind at all.It seems that McDonald's Canada doesn't mind either looking at all the previous 1-star reviews & the other same average 3-star reviews from the other Brossard's McDonald's."

Service has been terrible for years. They prioritize one lane in the drive-thru, sending 3 cars through in one lane, and letting only one go for the next. If you walk in for a coffee and there’s no one there it takes 10 minutes to get it, just seems like this place is poorly managed

Best experience at a Mc Donald’s in I don’t know how long. Gilson the manager, runs this establishment the way corporate office has designed this business to run. This is the type of individual that should be promoted to a GM position and make as many Mc Donald’s run as smoothly and as enjoyably as this one. Examples: cleanliness, customer service by bringing food and refills to tables, kitchen staff working efficiently, etc.

I went there because I was craving a McFlurry. I waited 5 minutes before being asked what I wanted. I asked her if they had 2 different sizes for ice cream cones, she said yes. I also asked her to reverse them in a cup since they will melt. She said no problem. I finally got the 3 cones and my McFlurry. The cones were not in a cup (reversed) and they only have one size! Try giving that to a 3 year old... I didn't taste the oreos in my flurry and so I was left disappointed.

Wow, someone here had no understanding of hygiene. I ordered a breakfast sandwich from a drive thru, and when I went home, there was just a bagel without stuffing. So I drove back, and I understand that mistakes can happen…but when I went back, this girl just took the old bread from 30 min ago (the package was open and I had just thrown it on my car seat. I had also taken a bite cuz I was hungry), threw some stuffing inside, and just slammed it back on my hand. Excuse me? How is that acceptable in a first world country??? When I asked her to make me a new one, she just made a new one and threw it into my hand without saying anything.I know that it’s a fast food place, but I expect some sort of standard, especially when it comes to hygiene and customer service. The management needs to talk to their staff about what it means to work at a dining establishment. I understand that they’re mostly young kids working for some pocket money, but this is FOOD that we’re talking about. Maybe talk to them about customer service. I’m sure those kids don’t see this as a “career,” but they’re getting paid to work here.I don’t like to write bad reviews but I just think the manager here should know about what happened. And I won’t be going back to this location.This incident happened on the morning of June 30. Someone tell that blonde girl that she should earn her $15/hr (or whatever the minimum wage is) at a place where they don’t handle food, since she doesn’t understand basic hygiene.

Whenever I ask, this McDonald’s never had apple for happy meals. This time I ordered at drive through, and saw that they entered apple on the order screen. When I got home to open, it’s fries, not apple. And they never give the receipt for proof of purchase. Especially today they changed the queue to pay and get the food at the same window. I was waiting to pay at a closed window.

Yesterday morning, I bought a kid combo for my 2 years old daughter at the McDonald on carrefour brossard ,7505 Boul Grande Allée Brossard,Qc )But what surprised me was that they gave me an apple package that was already expired more than 10 days. I cannot believe that they are being careless with children's meals! If not the manager of my daughter's daycare says me and keep the proof,I will never think that they will do such a things.I went back to talk with the staffs. the only answer i got was to change for another one and will ask manager to call me back,but until now, no one call me back. Omg can you imagine what would happen to my daughter if I trusted the restaurant?

Ordered a Double filet-O-fish Burger for 8.39$ but got only one fish filet... should probably order just one if you cannot count ... Moreover, I ordered a large fries and it looks like half full. I am speechless for what received.

Ive gone through their drive through for coffee several times, it’s generally quite slow. The other day I went in and ordered a few drinks with friends to enjoy in the restaurant. We easily waited 15 min for a couple bottles of water, and iced coffee and two cups for fountain drinks
