Great place to live and the rent prices advertised include everything! No extra utilities costs like some other places. The building was always clean and pretty quiet and having your own private bathroom was great. Wifi was a bit spotty when I moved in, but they managed to make some adjustments and it has been stable.

I spent a few months here during COVID.Had no complaints. The management has been very responsive. We had an issue in our unit and they came to fix it within 24 hours. The wifi is also very fast and neighbors friendly. Would recommend.

We had a really bad experience over there. Haven’t got our refund of deposit for key even after months after moving out. They didn’t even show the courtesy of giving my graduation certificate mailed to my address over there.

Poor experience. There are much better options in the area.- Very poorly managed. Superintendent is a nice guy but nothing gets done by messaging him, if an issue is present, you either need to fill out a work order which is very inneficient or email management directly. Terrible communication system in place- Hot water is very poor, prepare for lukewarm showers at best because “there’s nothing they can do”- No soundproofing/insulation to manage sound. Thinnest walls I’ve ever seen, you hear EVERYTHING roommate(s)/other residents are doing- Ladybugs everywhere!- Numerous occasions of extremely loud confrontations/fights in parking lot where police need to be called at 3am.- Free WiFi simply not practical. NEED to pay for wired.- No elevator or buzz in- No studio optionsWhen contacted directly management does make an effort to address concerns, however it is clear that the place is not managed in a professional manner, save yourself the headache and choose another place.

I have to share my experience living here for a year.-Internet . Slowest and and most unstable internet wifi you can ever think of and when we complain about it all they say is there is nothing we can do about it.-Laundry- most of the time there will be only one washing machine and dryer on working condition for the entire building even-though they have two.-Poor management- Your questions and complaints will not be addressed in a timely or efficient manner. I have uploaded a screen grab of how they are gonna respond when we complaint about broken microwave for weeks.-No refund of deposit- They will be asking for 150cad deposit for the key to the apartment and which they will not refund as they say in the agreement. They are gonna say that it got charged against maintenance charges after you move out.-Sublet - They will say you can sublet the apartment during lease agreement and which they will refuse later when you actually want to sublet. Myself ended up living there for only 8 months and still paid full amount in rent for 12 months.- Thinnest wall separation- Thin wall separation such that you can even hear the murmuring from the next door. There is no sound proofing done.

Great place to live.A lot of personal room and roommates as well other people living in the building really respect everyone else and keep the noise at a minimum.The management is great and understanding if you have any problems or situations. The superintendent, the super man, he's an awesome guy, does his level best to make the place a great place to live. If there's any minor maintenance issues they get done before the end of the day and major issues are taken care of within the week.The parking is good, first come first serve right.Offers what I think is the most important part of the room personal fridges and personal bathrooms which other options in the area don't offer.Overall great place to live. Going to be there for a while.

Great landlords, gave me more than I needed when necessary, possibly to solve my frustrations with the superintendent.The super is not the greatest, but can be a good guy.Internets decent if you pay the extra $20-25 for a direct line and get a router.Hot water doesnt last during busy hours but enough to shower, if you time it right you'll be fine. That's also typically only during busy hours during school.Parking is extra but is good.Great way to meet people.Probably wouldn't consider it as a long term residence but great for short term.

Wish I could give negative stars. Horrible costumer service, suspicious application procedures (beware)!! If you're looking for a reliable company, this is not the one!

This building is new, clean and is built to properly to accomodate students. The staff was kind when showing me the place and was quick to address any concerns.
