Moyie General Store

I visited this store so many times. Everytime I go there, I get really good vibes from Karan ( the owner). He is very friendly and provides a great customer service. My recommendations to everyone to visit this store and meet with a handsome and charming owner.

90 year old grandma had to stop quickly for bathroom. She went in and abruptly came out looking for purse so she could purchase something to get the key. I understand you can not have anyone just come and use the facilities for free, but at some point some sense and decency needs to be applied. Moyie is a beautiful town but did not enjoy this experience.

Karan and his wife are beautiful people and run this store very well. There is premium and regular gas available and at very reasonable prices, often rivaling Cranbrook pump prices. Karan is only a text away for locals and is happy to personally grocery shop in Cranbrook for his customers when given a requested list. I find the prices are very reasonable. There are also many locally crafted culinary delights available in store as well as a stocked fishing section. Everyone that works at the Moyie store is incredibly helpful and have carried my groceries and packages to my truck many times. The Canada Post office is also run incredibly well out of this store. Most importantly, Karan is a man of integrity and is a deeply moral individual. His pleasant demeanor and helpful spirit are a joy to witness and paradigm to strive for.

Little crowded but a nice selection! They have a good little fishing supplies area too.

Friendly service don't buy fuel there stopped to get a Gatorade or a water before hitting the highway off and on

A place nothing less than in a Heavenly atmosphere. Nice punjabi guy on counter. Getting some much needed stuff at this part of the world in the laps of mountains ...in such a remote location is nothing less than a miracle .

The Moyie General Store gets a 5/5☆rating. I was caught in a snow storm heading home back to the island in my little 92 integra and was very scared to drive, thank you Moyie General for allowing me to leave my car parked at the store till the storm passed and helping me and my cat get safely to a hotel. Extremely friendly service and lots of variety at the store to choose from when passing through town. Skip the busy gas stations and fill up at Moyie

This general store is nicely located near the shores of Moyie Lake, about 30 minutes south of Cranbrook. The store carries groceries, liquor, fishing tackle, ice cream, and many locally made goodies. Karan is a soft spoken kind character who can bring almost anything into the store that you may need upon request. He is a straightforward guy who is reliable, intelligent, and very helpful. I enjoy supporting this business because of the beautiful young couple that run it.
