Bought a car back last summer. Back up camera didn't work but they agreed to fix. Called or went in almost weekly. Was told a new story every time I was there. Finally got it fixed afew weeks ago. Took 7 months of hounding but they Finally came good on there word. My advice if you plan on purchasing here is to have everything fixed before you sign anything!

Dealer sold the SUV they had agreed to sell me to another customer. To their credit, they did come up with a replacement vehicle which I bought. Six month later still don't have all the parts promised, had to hound them for plates, had to pay out of my pocket for parts at Downey they had ordered and then wait over Christmas to be reimbursed. Overall they were disorganized and full of excuses and have yet to live up to their promises.

Recently purchased a VW Tiguan from Bruce. Very pleasant and smooth transaction. No haggling, took all of about 5 minutes to agree on the on the raod" price.There was a fault light that they agreed to correct. True to their word

I've bought 3 vehicles from john and Bruce. now before I buy a used car I do my own research to see which ones have the least amount of problems so I recommend you research the vehicle you are interested in because you are buying a used car. On that being said I've been happy with all 3 vehicles I've bought and both john and Bruce treated me fair. I have no complaints

Not a good man for the community. Many vehicles are patched up to be sold to unsuspecting clients and when broken at no fault to the customer they have excuses on why they aren’t at fault. Vehicles are prices way above blue book value as well. Please save yourself the time and shop elsewhere and ignore his several Facebook ads. Buyer beware! Goes under John F.L Trivett.

Can get you a car. Won't repair what they say they will.Don't go with acces credit. They report inaccurately to the bureau and ONLY report to Equifax.Worst purchase of my life!!

They showed me other car conditions than the one I had initially seen. They wanted to give me a car with engine problems. Fortunately, the business did not close.
