Brought in a badminton racket for stringing service. Not only was the price outrageous. 46$ for one racket but i was told absolute latest i would get it back would be 2 days after i brought it in. 3 days pass i call they hang up on me 2 times third time i get through and ask if my racket is ready to pick up. They put me on hold and hang up again. I call the next day and ask again they say call back later. I call at 5pm 1 hour before closing. They hang up 2 more times. All this to say the service is horrendous and prices are outrageous.

Good customer service but felt lit bit pricey

Good store. You can find a lot of good things, sometimes at a good price. A lot of staff walking around or taking, neglecting the clients. The service need improvements.

There is big smile when you buy but if you want return it there’s 1000 reasons for say NO it’s impossible

My review used to be 5 stars. I've been coming here for well over a decade now for many purposes, never had an issue. I hate writting 1 star reviews and only do it when it really is the case. Just recently I went to return an item, didn't get it even though I disagreed (too long to explain). That's not the issue though, whatever, my actual quarrel (and reason for 1 stars) is the attitude of the persons serving me. The girl there who is the manager was being really uncooperative and rude, giving attitude when I asked stuff. This is just uncalled for. She's not a good manager, doesn't smile at all and seems very annoyed like the client is a nucance. To top it all off, the sales associate helping in this situation as well (deliberately??) left the ringing tag on an item I ended up buying after. I had to ask some nice associates at another side cash to remove, as it triggered the door scanners. Unbelievable...Noticed over the years service here has been either or. Sometimes you have very nice employees who smile and are willing to help and others rude and arrogant, they say 2 words and then bolt or have this je m'en fou attitude on their face. Went to other stores and they were kind, positive and eager to help there and they actually did what I needed. Be nice to people, they are the people keeping your business alive.

Called in to request a reservation for me to get there within a few hours and got a solid NO. Then proposed to pay in full in advance and got the same answer, we cannot perform this sir. It’s against our policies.I asked to speak with the manager and was explain that this request seems to be out of this world, in 2021?!?! In summary, I was not a welcomed customer.I therefore called at another store, had the product set aside and picked it up few hours later without troubles.

I just bought a pair of goalkeepers gloves for kids Adidas( last 21 of June ) , I pay 70 dollars for that and after 2 weeks the globes are all in bad condition ..I don’t recommended buy anything there !!!..

You always feel like the employees are not happy to work there!!!very disconnected, the lady in back cashier was putting her leg on the counter and avoiding looking at me while i was paying and not willing to answer any of my questions instead she was telling me have a good day to leave her alone.M a VERY loyal client of Triangle though

Though the staff haven't always been very helpful, the products more than make up for it. I've bought multiple pairs of shoes, clothes, and sports equipment, and they've lasted for a long while. It's easy to navigate the store by yourself, and the staff can at least point you in the direction of certain items.
