This company is truly honest, professional and quick to respond. They installed my doors and openers and cleaned everything up behind them. You could tell they have been doing this for a long time. I dealt with Michelle and asked for her help to pick a door that would look good on my home. She showed me a door from each price range and took the time to explain the difference between the doors and some of the options available. They know their stuff! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants the process to be easy. Thank you so much. I love my doors and openers. PS. They are so quiet.

We have a garage door that required a side mounted opener to preserve ceiling clearance. Jarrod came up with a solution and was able to install the opener quickly and professionally. Some contractors only bring up problems as to why a job is challenging. Viking Doors looked at the challenge with a can do attitude and made it happen! Thank you and we love our new opener.

The equipment is top quality but their service is amazing! The service staff, I had Jarrod, was so knowledgeable. The extreme winter cold heaved our garage and took our door out of level so that it wouldn't close. He rectified the issue quickly and shared his knowledge and expertise with me to explain what had happened and why. Michelle is always on top of scheduling and is so courteous, phoning to advise that the service tech was going to be late due to winter road conditions coming in from an out of town job. I just appreciate this company so much!

We had a new garage door opener installed in 2016 by another company. The door clanged and shook every time we opened or closed it. One day it wouldn't close. We called Viking Doors, and Jarrod came an hour and a half later. Jarrod quickly determined that the door opener had been installed incorrectly. He corrected the problem and had the door operating properly in an hour. Jarrod was very courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Viking Doors for anyone with garage door problems.

Professional and Fair. Viking Doors was so professional from the beginning to the end of the installation of our door. They helped us with choosing a door within our budget and were there to answer questions we had throughout the entire process. Would recommend to anyone. We used them to service our old door years ago and they knew what they were doing. It took them no time at all and our door ran brand new (but was getting old). We hired another door company before Viking doors and trust us, there are companies that know what they are doing and some that don't. Viking Doors knows what they are doing. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They are our go to now.

AWESOME company! We were about to go away and our garage door spring broke. I called Viking and they were there within 20 minutes. They opened the large double insulated door so we could get our car out. They had to order the springs and said they would have them when we got back in a few days. I called them when we returned and they came and installed that morning and the bill was very reasonable for all they did. They also serviced my shop door and included it with the call out.Awesome company, great workers very professional and can't say enough about them.Big Thank You Viking Doors.
