Horrible coaches. Stay Away from this club.

I pulled out both of my sons.. will switch to other real professional club. we didn't like it .try to avoid it if want to help your kid.

Their coaches are not real swimming coaches . This club charge way more than other GTA Competitive club . Lot of time their swimming session gets cancelled and their Invoices are confusing . They do not have swimming pool so they use Mississauga City swimming pool so sometime they are not clean/safe .. Above all the club stuff is very rude and unprofessional.

This club is good for kids who want to pursue competitive swimming. Their coach and the method of training is a way different than community center swimming lesson and really teaching seriously.

Never reached via phone number on the website.Ask us to go through the website .I was unable to register my kid online after tryout.I sent emails with my questions and ask if someone can contact me back , left voicemails also.Nobody gets back to me,unable to register for the class !poor service ,not sure how they run the business without communication.

Our daughter started Wave program at MSSAC few years ago. We found the program to be good but sometimes lacking consistency and communication, especially after covid. This year she joined the White group, and her new coach Stefanie took everything to the next level. She’s an amazing coach, very motivating, highly engaged, great with kids, the communication has also been very good. My daughter started loving swimming again and cannot wait for her next class.

Good swimming club but many coaches moving in and out. Need more access to proper training facilities. Lots of volunteering effort, but ... some things are better when done by professionals.

You would be hard pressed to find more disinterested people anywhere. I have been trying for more than a month to arrange private lessons for my kids. I went to their office and no one had any clue how to go about it. They asked me to email the coaches directly. I emailed ALL the coaches and except for one, no one had the courtesy to reply. The one who did reply has been telling me for the last 3 weeks that he is waiting to find out what times he will have available for private lessons. This is a coach who charges $100 an hour! Here I am calling this guy every few days begging him to take a $100 an hour from me but he is just not bothered!! Absolutely incompetent and inefficient people who are simply not bothered. Very disappointed.

Very Unprofessional group! My son started missing classes since November and nobody bothered to enquire about him until Jan2018. He had a situation with his foot and I wasn't expecting it to get prolonged for such a long time. Once I realized that he can't continue lessons for a while, I reached out to withdraw him from the program due to his health concern. I get a reply from their head office asking me to simply pay for the rest of the 2 months to close the account, as this was past their withdrawal request date of Feb1st (which obviously is written somewhere in their fine prints). Please note - I was paying ~$170 since November until now without my son attending! And not even once anybody enquired why the child has been missing from classes for so long... I would WARN all the parents to beware of what they are signing up for! I don't mind paying but very dissatisfied they way whole situation has been dealt with. These are young kids aspiring to become swimmers and they look upto their coaches and such a sad thing that nobody is actually bothered about their well being and only care about locking in parents / getting their monthly payments committed for a year! SAD SAD SAD ETHICS for running such club!
