Probably one of the worst experiences yet! It doesn't take much to see this facility operates like a gas station, having several people served before you while standing at reception even with an appointment... Very unprofessional!Also walking in for the first time and to hear how exhausted the staff was and ready to check out" didn't make comforting to leave my animal there at all.Nevertheless

This place is amazing. Dr. Sam is one of the most incredible vets I have had support my dogs. I truly trust him and am grateful for all the amazing work he does! Thank you Dr. Sam

The best choice for your pet! Very kind, caring and compassionate staff and they always have their patients best interest at heart! Dr. Bajwa has been my Cockapoo's vet for 13 years now...ever since he was 8 weeks old. Dr. Abassi is also amazing and very kind and gentle with Riley. Kim is incredible, kind and extremely helpful...Riley loves her! The staff always listens to your concerns, then present you with the options and (most importantly), involve the family in the decision making process in order to come up with the best plan for your pet. I highly recommend Pyne Hills and wouldn't go anywhere else!

Just read alysaa browns review, & I would not take that review seriously - we had a litter of cane corso pups done there & all of the ears turned out fantastic, all are nice and symmetrical - they do go over everything with you.. They do not post, as per our conversation prior & reading over the PAPERWORK, if she read the paperwork she signed off on she would have known! The vet was great, the staff was great - very busy clinic & still they managed to accommodate us accordingly. Our litters mother had her ears done here, turned out great - her pups also, turned out great. I would recommend this clinic to everyone who needed cropping done right.

I brought my cat in to be put down as he was deteriorating quickly. In that time, I was given minimal idea as to what to expect and was felt to be very rushed. When I tried to ask questions about what was happening to my beloved cat, I was laughed at and then he left the room with no further explanation. This was a very traumatic experience, I plan to not return to Pyne hills Veterinary hospital in the future or recommend them.

Great service! They are friendly, kind, compassionate and they prices are very affordable. Also they never push any product or service on us. The vet always provide his opinion and let us choose what we felt is best for our pets.

Best vet! I wanted to leave this review after being at the office yesterday with my Presa's. We travel from Niagara Falls to this vet for many of their services. They are very understanding, caring and patient. By far our favourite veterinary staff we have ever dealt with. Thank you Pyne Hill for your services!

My family living in town referred me to Pyne Hills Hospital for my dog’s veterinary needs. The entire team at Pyne Hills have been nothing but incredibly nice and have always helped my dog while being compassionate and honest. Dr. Sami is patient and shows the love for his furry patients. Great staff.

I brought one of my girls here for an ear cropping ages ago! The Dr did a fantastic job with her cropping.Today I brought my Micro Bully Asia in for a progesterone and side by side AI.The reception/techs were amazing! Extremely friendly, professional and welcoming. You can tell they truly care about the well being of your pet!The Dr was equally amazing and vet knowledge and proficient!I would highly recommend this vet to anyone!

The owner on this practice is horrible. He’s not compassionate, he’s rude and he was very rough with my cat. The ONLY thing he seemed to care about was $. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes. He was on insulin. He was brought back a few times because he was not doing well. Not once did the “vet” speak with me about my animal or his levels and with in a week my cat had to be put down. He declined so fast within a week. He was so ill due to neglect of this man. I did not use this vet to have my cat put down. There was no way I’d let my animal leave this world with him being that last person he saw. I wouldn’t take my worst enemy to this man, let alone a beloved pet
