I visited the dealership two weeks back and feel in love with the Chevy Cruze. My experience dealing with Richard was like a breeze - he was empathetic, honest and extremely considerate about my queries and apprehensions. Being a first time driver in Canada can be anxiety-inducing but John ensured my car buying experience was absolutely seamless.

I highly recommend this dealership! It was my first time purchasing a car and Richard was a huge help. I didn't feel like I was pressured or that he was just trying to make a sale. He was extremely patient, kind, honest, and diligent throughout the process. He really went above and beyond to make sure I understood how everything worked and was professional. Zee Wholesale Cars definitely tries to work within your budget and they also got me a lower interest rate which was a great surprise :). Sam the GM is also very approachable and offered a lot of vehicle insight. This definitely will not be my last time with this dealership. Give them a try you won't be disappointed! My girlfriend wanted her winter tires changed. I loaded her vehicle with the tires and the guys at Zee, switched out the winter ones with the summer tires on the rims, balanced the set and replaced the oil and filter for only $155. Quick, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend their service plus it was an enjoyable drive to Lakecountry. There is a new brewery down there which has excellent beer.

My experience buying a car at Zee Wholesale Cars was very good from the beginning. I had a good feeling from the first time I called to find out about a vehicle I was interested in. The seller Richard made my experience easy, fast and transparent. In addition, I have received good after-sales service through Richard, answering all my concerns. An online search for used cars pulled up Zee Wholesale Cars. This was the first and last place we called Richard answered the phone with a charming radio voice and provided top notch service. We bought the first car we test drove , a 2014 Ford Escape. The dealership also went above and beyond our expectations… They put in a new battery , replaced the brakes and even filled the gas tank .My husband and I highly recommend this place and won’t hesitate to recommend Richardto our friends :) A++++++

My experience here was good and a unique one! I managed to spot the 1 and only motorcycle in the back and ended up making a deal with Sam. Now the bike had sat for 2 years maybe 3 and needed some love. We had a few days of trial and error of tuning but him and his guys did an a+ job and stopped at nothing until the bike was running properly and all in all very happy with the outcome and top notch service and yes I do recommend if your in the market for a used vehicle. I bought my new car online. Richard was great to work with, as we exchanged countless emails over the course of a few weeks. He even sent me videos at my request without complaint. Once I made the decision to purchase, I worked with Richard on the business side of the sale and even that went smooth - dealing with the financing, warranty and final bill of sale all via email and phone calls. Then when I flew up to Kelowna to pick up the car, I was in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes. I was nervous about buying a car without seeing it in person or taking it for a test drive, but I am very happy with the team at Zee Wholesale Cars. The 3 hour drive home was great in my new ride. Everything Sam and Richard promised or claimed came to fruition and it was as they said it was. You should feel comfortable about dealing with either of them.
