I could not be more happy with the professional job Ultimate Bath Systems did in my bathroom. They removed my old rusted tub and all the tiles, replaced the drywall, and replaced the water damaged wood frame in my walls. Then a few days later I decided that I wanted two more shower shelves, and they came back to add them at no extra charge. UBS is a far better deal than that other company who “fits” a shell over your old existing tub and tiles, and UBS was literally thousands of dollars less than that other company. If you are on a budget but still want a beautiful brand new bathroom, Ultimate Bath Systems is your only choice.

The gentlemen who worked on our bathroom both made it a very pleasant experience. These gentlemen are incredibly hard workers. Jody's attention to detail is second to NONE. He knew precisely what he was doing and did not rushed through any of the process. He kept me informed of what his plans were each day, and they both arrive promptly and stayed until they complete their daily tasks. I am so happy with their work and can't recommend this team enough to anyone who would listen. Honestly, I've had neighbours come by, and I have been singing their praises. I have absolutely no complaints or concerns, only praise to heap on these two. I have never encountered a harder worker than Jody. He is detailed in his answers and able to explain his quality work. This is a project that we saved for so that we could get it done right, and it is absolutely the best work that I have ever had done. Thank you to Ultimate Bath Systems for their quality work and amazing communication. The work was completed exactly to my specifications and wrapped up on time. I am thrilled to have hired this company for the work in my home. I can't wait to use my new shower! It looks superb:)

We had decided to take on some bathroom renovations of our own and spent weeks looking for everything we needed. We had one headache after another with the products we had purchased from another bathroom company . Every item we ordered from them was faulty in some shape or way with little to no explanation. The last straw was when the tub surround had a manufacturer defect and was cut a little short . They said the best they could do was a week of turnaround time ,WHAT this is the only shower we have in our home !! I decided to call Ultimate Bath Systems and they were more then accommodating . Within hours they had gave me a few choices to pick from that they cut at their establishment . I picked one , e-transfered payment and received a call the following day that we could pick it up . Brock, you saved the day and such amazing service !! The product was much better quality than the original one we had purchased . If we ever need bathroom Reno’s again this will be the place we call with 5 star service

Installation is great but after care is very slack

Ultimate Bath Systems are amazing!!! I could only give 5 stars because that’s all Google allows. If I could give more I would!!!Everyone I met with was so nice and helpful and polite and knowledgeable!!Brock came out and did the original quote and was easily able to answer all my questions and concerns.We went to the showroom to see what other options might be available to us and Kelly was equally able to answer all our questions and concerns.They already had quite a few bookings but were still able to fit us in, with a timeframe that matched our hopes and needs.Jody and Shawn came to the house to do the install (a surprise guest star… Brock came out for a while too). They ran into some plumbing problems but it did not stop them. It did set them back some time but there was never any complaints, purely “ok how do we fix this”. And wow did they ever fix it!!! They popped down periodically to give me updates, seek clarifications for positioning, etc.Because it was raining, I had no problem letting them store some tools in the garage. Well not only did they clean up after but it’s probably cleaner than when I first let them in.When the job was completely finished , they cleaned up so well. Like they were never there!! (Aside from the amazing new bathtub of course).I don’t think I’ve left anything out, but in case I did, here is the short version.Amazing company, amazing people, amazing service, amazing knowledge. Lots of options to choose from , very knowledgeable. 5 stars. Thank you so much for everything!!!!EDIT: Quick note about my photo... the orange is the original wall, not part of the new design. Just needed to clarify that because I'm in the process of sanding that down to repaint so it doesnt look too good. Any imperfections you see in the photo are NOT the work of UBS. All the GOOD stuff is them!

Ultimate Bath Systems is awesome! Was looking for a wall surround option that would also encase a window. After being quoted by other companies for tile I was more than pleased to find Ultimate Bath and their amazing acrylic options. Not only did the full scope of the job come in at a great price, but the product is high-quality and easy to clean. The team was great working with our requests and changes.Highly recommend Ultimate Bath Systems for any bath renovation you have your eyes on.

Estimates where bang on, all work done in a professional mannerInstallers were polite, informative, excellent work performance, cleanup each day until job completed, polite and informative. The total job took one week.

It is rare these days to encounter a company that exceeds expectations in all areas. Ultimate Bath Systems, from the initial contact to the finished work was a pleasure to deal with and their costs were very reasonable. A competitor quoted $2,000 more for installing acrylic walls over the old shower tiles, a much lesser job. Danny and co-worker Darryl, were professional, friendly, experienced and willingly provided services beyond the original scope of the job. They removed the old tile, doors and partial walls and transformed the shower stall into a beautiful, bright and easily maintained shower enclosure in two days. Demolition work was done with minimum disruption and clean-up was thorough. We are impressed by the quality of the workmanship and the “can do” attitude. We have no hesitation in recommending Ultimate Bath Systems.

I had my shower completely remodeled about 2 months ago. The original shower stall had floor to ceiling ceramic tile on 3 and 1/2 walls and the shower pan was 4ft sq of ceramic tile on concrete floor. The 1/2 wall was removed along with the ceranic tile and drywall on the other walls plus ceramic tile floor. The drain had to be re positioned which required breaking into the concrete floor. The old shower debris was removed with the minimum of mess. The shower pan was custom made on site. The drywall was replaced on the 3 walls. The ceilling and walls are now acrylic with a new pot light in the ceiling. Jodi and Kyle did a great job.The complete process from start to finish was 2 days. I am completely satisfied with the finished job.

After issues with an old jet tub, we chose Ultimate Bath Systems to fix and upgrade our bathroom. With the pandemic, there was a 3 month wait but we understood. In February, we were thrilled despite another lockdown to get slotted in ahead of schedule. Everything went well and we are happy with the final result. The only complaint about installation day was the lack of masks from both of the technicians while they were in my home.Once everything was dry and we were able to use the shower again, we noticed water leaking into our downstairs ceiling. We emailed UBS that night and we got a response promptly the next morning. By mid afternoon, the part was replaced and everything was put back into place. We were told we'd be notified when the final touchups and leak repairs would be completed.We patiently waited 2 weeks and when we didn't hear back, we emailed and called for an ETA. Weeks passed without response. After 6 weeks, we finally got everything sorted but the repair to our ceiling (with the promise of another call back). After another 3 weeks of staring at the damage to our ceiling, we caved and repainted at our own expense.To summarize a lengthy review... While we're very happy with the overall result of our bathtub, we began to feel that once payment was completed, we were no longer a priority. We completely understand that we're in the middle of a pandemic but returning phone calls and email should not have been this difficult.
