Canada Post

How come a post office for Canada post, does not have a pen (Or makes you buy the pen) to write the address on your package (Envelope that is purchased from them). they asked me for 1 extra $ for the pen that I will only use once to write my address. Plus their way of speaking to customers is not respectful at all.

Worst staff ever. I went there to buy a postal money draft and to send a mail. I needed some guide and help from the chinese lady at the front dest but she started to argue with me and probably abusing me in chinese language. So I just got the money order and went to another location. Worst service ever. Never go there for anything!

Extremely rude service. Canada Post should NOT be using this business as an outlet. I will not be spending any money here and recommend you don't either.

Don't go here. Other reviews are true regarding horrible and rude staff. I went there to return a very small Amazon package. There was a tape on the table and I wanted to use it to affix the return label on the package. A guy came and took the tape without saying anything. I thought he was going to return it. But the Chinese lady came and said you can not use the tape. You should buy tape or pay 50 cents. I refused and said I would take the package elsewhere. I had other letters to write addresses on. I went aside to write those addresses when the Chinese lady and another Chinese guy came out and stood behind me speaking chinese and pointing at me. I took my packages and envelopes and left to never come back again.

when I got there and the chinese lady was very rude, she had zero patience, and she has used inappropriate language and even argued with me. I am new here and was trying to ask for some suggestions, she was like don't repeat that

I wish I could put zero stars. I am SO annoyed because I have a themed event this Sunday and last week I paid amazon $10 extra for 2 day delivery. They promised it would be here Friday. Hey delivered it Friday but left me a delivery notice to pick up Saturday from hillsdale post office. That’s fine. But when I go today to pick it up from hillsdale they are CLOSED Saturday through to Monday. I understand that people need holidays. I get it. But what I don’t understand is why you aren’t open Saturday?? It’s not just me either. I stood at the front door, stunned, and a lady came up and was just as annoyed as she ordered something for this weekend. As I sat in my car I saw 4 more people come up with delivery notices. This is ridiculous. Give your customers more notice that a sign on the door before you close Friday. Or if you have A BUNCH of Friday orders maybe open for a few hours on Saturday?? NO ONE would expect a post office to be open Sunday and holiday Monday. I’m not impressed and will NEVER use your store to mail anything again.

the service is too bad, they lost my package, do not go there if you have choices , do not use Canada post if you have choices

Had a important package to send off and came here at 5:20. But it was closed??? How do you close 40min early when it clearly says closes at 6?!?

. I go to this post office to send out items and to use the printer.. these guys are nice and helpful! Just talk to them and be polite back. They've been patient and even gave us, my daughter and I, some extra paper for homework and sketching... 8 months I've been using this post office nd never saw a Chinese lady lol . Thank you for your help!
