I recently visited Chatham Honda as they had the exact truck I was looking for at an extremely reasonable price.Josh and Chris were able to accommodate my needs and wants without any hassle - car didn’t come with a second key fob they had one made, wanted the paint to look brand new they had restorfx done, found a couple dents they had them pulled.As soon as you walk in the door they make it known that their dealership treats people like family which I found that it had and sets itself apart from other dealerships around.Even with a few financing issues to no fault of their own they got it sorted on my behalf with the bank and supported me through the entire process.I highly recommend Josh Hinch as your next sales rep ! He’s not like most where he makes his commission and drops communication, I still receive his quick responses even a month after purchasing the vehicle.Thank you Chatham Honda, Josh, and Chris !

Stay away from the sales representative Luu! He's so rude, impatient and knows nothing about the car at all!Chatham Honda, Luu is a total disaster for your business. I understand nowadays you have enough people in line for a new car, but if you take advantage of this now, you'll lose your customers in the long run. You'll regret having such employee when karma comes.

I had the privilege of working with Chris DeGraw to purchase my beautiful 2020 Honda CRV. The entire process was seamless. Prior to working with Honda House I had been in contact with multiple dealerships from the GTA, London and Windsor and am so glad we finally purchased from Honda House. The team was very considerate and polite mannered with effective professional communication. The dealership had a small-town feel and the team was transparent with me and didn’t try to sell me anything that did not meet my needs. My car was meticulously detailed by their service department and the sales manager delivered it to my house ( out of town ). He did a thorough delivery and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle before he left. I was provided with multiple resources to learn more about my new car and I now feel like part of the family. I’m in the process of looking for a new tow vehicle for RV trailer. Ridgeline is one of my target vehicle. I happened to be driving by Chatham, early 2022 and saw new ridge lines in the lot. Checked out the new trucks, went in to the showroom. Nobody to be found. Finally found someone in their office. First impression I interrupted whatever they were doing, and not happy I was there. I asked to look at the Ridgelines. Sorry there sold was the response, new orders will be more money. Told him I was looking for a Ridgeline. Absolutely no interest, I couldn’t even look at the interior of the vehicles. Didn’t even ask for my name etc.Today we went to the Chatham Auto show. We took sufficient time to checkout the new Ridgeline. The sales guys were to busy having a conversation between themselves to bother looking for a potential customer.It’s obvious this dealership does not need sales. If was to buy a Ridgeline at another dealership, my concern is, ifthe sales department is this bad, what is the service department like as I live in Chatham. Honda Ridgeline is off the table. There is no 3rd strike.

Very disappointed with this Honda location. Brought my 2018 Honda civic for a ac recall. After a day ended up getting a leaked for the washer fluid. Second time around got a drive shaft recall for my 2013 honda fit after a day my cruise control stop working. Brought it back to them and they charge me for diagnostics fee for my civic but not for my fit and they said is nothing to do with the work they done. Just very odd that this happened for both of my cars dont feel safe bringing in my car here again and they’re supposed to take care of honda car owners. Had to bring my civic & fit to another shop to repair the problems because i dont feel safe bringing my car here at all. Never had any problems with both of my cars prior bringing it to this location. Never had any of this problem when i was living in toronto and bringing it in for recalls.

I recommend anyone looking to buy a car to go here. Customer service is excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff were able to answer all my questions. Loving my new car. Thanks Chatham Honda.
