Beacon Electric this store has awesome customer service friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff that go above and beyond to meet your expectations. They have a great selection of appliances all makes and models in store and if they don’t have it they’ll order it for you and their prices can’t be beat it’s a family run business which makes it so much more special it was our one and only stop shop we purchased fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher delivery and set up was phenomenal this business is top notch you’ll never get this outstanding service or warranties at big box stores would shop again and recommend them to anyone needing any appliances thank you for the wonderful service you provided to us! Not very good customer service. Gave my husband the wrong size attachment after insisting they needed the tap part to confirm right size. Then wouldn't let him return said part because the package was open.

When I went, they only had two people on the floor, and they were both busy with other people the whole time I was there. I walked around, looked at the options they had for top-loading washers, took pictures of what I was considering, and left after about a half hour. I called back today to place the order, and the lady on the phone was really rude. She interrupted my (quite brief) greeting on the phone to say I don't know what you want" before I had a chance to tell her what we we had decided on. She also interrupted me while I was giving her my address -- to ask what my address was! They had the best price on what we were looking for

Excellent customer service at the time of purchase, awful customer service on delivery date. Delivery was schedule for noon and when I called to inquired about the whereabouts at 1235 I was scoffed at. Horrible attitude, I wouldn’t have purchased from here if the miserable woman who answered the phone was who I spoke with at the time of order. Frankly, grow up.

This little gem is my go to local appliance store … high quality Whirlpool products and the customer service is fantastic . The delivery guys set your appliance up completely and with attention to detail.. they don’t leave till it’s up and running. Highly recommend ! Buy local !

I went into their showroom with intentions of buying a dishwasher. There was a female employee leaning against an appliance that obviously did not want to be there. I had to say hello to her to get a response. I got a hi"

I had similar impressions about the staff as some of the other commentators in this review section. Pretty gruff. But, if you know what you're looking for, then I'd say it still makes sense to check out their prices and selection. They had a dishwasher the bigger guys didn't and it was on sale so I bought it. The customer experience is practically from another planet, but a dishwasher is a dishwasher.

Walked in to buy a range hood for our new gas stove. Woman behind counter was very cold and unwelcoming. Did not smile once while we were in the store. Walked us to the back of the store, where, there was another women in an office with her back to us. First woman asked second a couple of questions regarding the product, she answered, without turning. Even if they did have what we were looking for, I would never give these people money. If you hate your job this much...get out of the business. A smile goes a long way. Went to Sears and gave them $1000.00 for what we were looking for. Great service there.

Our fridge decided to die just before the coming Easter weekend.The first place we visited was Beacon Electric. The lady at the front desk was very busy but she made a concerted effort to answer our questions.Due to Covid, the supply for appliances is tight but she told us that she would do her best to get a fridge for us. She asked one question that impressed me. Are you without a fridge now?"So we left there and continued to shop around. At one shop we were told that we could get a fridge by April 06. At others 2-3 months!So we went home. At 3-PM we got a call from the lady at Beacon. They found a fridge for us and they would do their best to deliver the next day.Sure enough we got our fridge late the next day. As the delivery men were leaving my partner said thank you for the quick delivery and for making the delivery outside the normal work day hours

Who does this as a business? I am tired of driving by this sign. It is toxic and screams of misogyny. This should be illegal.
