We have a leather couch that has become really ugly looking. Attended Madisons furniture and they located our purchase from 2013. While we thought we had purchased a leather couch, apparently we received a leather match". I doubt that tis was properly explained to us at the time of purchase. The couch is nine years old and started deteriorating about 5 years ago. It looks like a mess. I guess buyer beware. "Leather Match" sounds good. Perhaps it should be called vinyl or "soon to fall apart" and "make your purchase worthless"."

Karen was our salesperson and we worked with here 7 years ago at a different store. She knew us and remembered what we bought before. She is so knowledgeable and working with her again felt like reuniting with family. The store itself is beautifully laid out with a great selection. Can’t wait to see Karen again!

I had exceptional service with Karen from Madison’s. She was friendly and understanding. She relieved my stress by accommodating my elderly sick mother’s need for a chair that would suit her. We had to exchange it for a different one and the service of delivery was quick and efficient. We will continue to shop here because of the care and understanding Karen provided to us and the good quality furniture we have bought.

Our recent purchase of Canadian-made leather furniture, highlighted our satisfaction with Madison's customer service. As a result of supply issues, one piece was back ordered for four months. Unfortunately, when we received our order the colour match was not exact. Ted, the owner, came to our home to inspect the order. He immediately volunteered to have a replacement piece provided to us, at no cost. This is what we believe great customer service should be about. We are definitely satisfied and loyal Madison's customers.

I love shopping here! The salespeople here are so genuine about caring for your needs. Tim & Duane are great! They let you look around and are on standby if you have any questions. We bought 2 new chairs and a couch from Duane and he was very helpful with his 18+ years experience.
