Matt is such a pleasure to work with. He brings a great combination of young, hungry energy with the sensibility you would expect from someone that has been in the business for decades. I was buying a more complicated house as I wanted a fixer upper, but not too far gone and required involvement from multiple people to validate I wasn't getting into a disaster situation. Matt did a great job of identifying who to get involved and was able to coordinate their time within our existing subject removal time. He even took some of the meetings while I was away travelling. I know he is a busy guy, but he gave me the focus and availability as if I was his only client. I would highly recommend working with him... he really took away the anxiety of buying a house and dare I say, made it fun!
