The customer service rep who helped me was Alison. She was very courteous and thorough. I had a very positive experience there. I would go back there again.

Worst customer service. Waited for too long but nobody took a step to approach, though there was only two customers in store and three people were handling one customer.

Online and store hours on door says open 10am Sunday to 6pm. Drove a hh to the store and its closed.

Ian and Paul were very helpful in assisting me to select the best fit of phone and phone value when upgrading to my new iphone. Great employee, that helped my daughter pick out a new phone. He found her the best plan, at the best price and which phone was best suited to her needs. Also helped with selecting a protective case and a great warranty. We are very happy with the service at this location today. Above and beyond. :)
