Refresh Day Spa

I received a gift certificate from my daughter for Mother’s Day and used it on June 9th. I have never been here before and was very pleasantly surprised by the spa, I had a mani pedi which included a paraffin wax treatment on my feet, amazing. The two girls that did my feet and hands were very friendly and professional and did an amazing job on me. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spa to anyone. It was a very relaxing experience and it wasn’t rushed to get to the next customer. Thank you Keisha and Maddison and the rest of the staff at Refresh

This is my go-to spa for everything: waxes, manicures, massage, facial. I’ve been to A LOT of spas in Windsor and this place excels at everything. You can tell the aestheticians like where they work because they take their time and have positive attitudes. The ladies at reception are great too. Always welcoming and do their best to work you in/rearrange the schedule when you call last minute if it’s at all possible.

Lovely spot to spoil one's self. Clean,fabulous staff that go out of their way to help,like when a train blocks the tracks for more than an hr and they take the time to get one newby to Windsor around said train whilst still on the phone. Talk about service.My eyebrow person is AMAZING

What an exsquite experience! Treated my niece to lava pedicure and we had a great time! Stephanie at the front desk was just so professional and welcoming! She gave us the royal tour once she found out it was our first time...talk about a great upsell! Everything was super clean and relaxing. Our pedicure specialists Sarah & Keisha (sp?) were fantastic...let my niece and I have our chatty time, treated us so kindly! Even kept the Massage chair going for me! The only point I would recommend is for those going to this spa be sure to bring your own flip flops, spa charges $5 for a pair, extra cost that could have been avoided. Refresh, please mention it on the phone to clients coming in! It was a pricey afternoon, but thoroughly worth it! Our toes were already for the month of March, shamrocks and all! Thank you!

Had an awesome experience at refresh Day spa. My wife and I had her honeymoon and I was looking for a full body massage. They were unfortunately booked a month in advance, but the receptionist offered us a very relaxing head, upper back and face massage! We were so happy that they could fit Us in for our anniversary

I always have a great experience when I get a Manicure and pedicure at Refresh day spa, and this was no exception. I have had many different estheticians perform these services for me, and no one has ever hurt me, something I cannot say of other places I have been to. They use electric tools, rather than razor blades to deal with callouses, and give an amazing for and leg massage! They made me a coffee, which was delicious and fresh, complimentary with my service. The esthetician was easy to talk to and very kind. The pictures below are a week after the service, so they have grown out a bit, but the gel shellac" application has lasted 2 weeks without chips or peeling. There was no mail polish on my son

The last time I got a wax here, I had nothing but problems with my skin for 2 months following the appointment. This was my second wax ever, and I followed the same instructions that I got the first time. My first wax was great, minimal pain and no issues afterwards. However, this second wax was done by a different person and was very painful. I could feel my skin recoil after the strips were ripped off. Caring for my skin afterwards was a nightmare. Once the hair began growing again in sensitive areas, I had nothing but recurring in-growns which was never a problem prior. I haven’t gotten a wax since because of this experience.

From the very moment you step foot in the door you are greeted with a smile and pleasant vibes (I'm all about the vibes). I've had a couple of Venus Freeze treatments and a pedicure from Natalee and WOW I'm definitely impressed. Impressed with the results of the services, the spa itself and then the staff. I will absolutely book again. I found my spa :) (pedicure after 2 weeks still going strong, no chips)

Overall the experience was good. Was just a little bit confused as to what I booked and what I received.I booked a sea salt scrub and a relaxation massage for 2. On the website, it says the salt scrub is 45minutes, and I paid for 1hr massage. Our appointment was at 3 (we were a few minutes late, like maybe 3:03, so I own that) we got started around 3:10ish. I was in the bed, ready for the next service at 3:30 (20minutes for salt scrub and showering off) I waited for my husband to be finished showering and we started the massage at about 3:35. I was completely dressed and ready to leave by 4:22 (that's less than a 45minute massage)If my appointment started at 3, I shouldn't have been ready to leave and out of there until 4:45 the earliest. I did ask at the front desk about this and they said because you booked for a couple you only get 30 min for the body scrub" (that doesn't really make any sense as I paid full price for 2 people for 45minutes. And in reality I really only got less than 20 minutes of the body scrub per person.I asked about the massage only being 45 minutes
