The sales team were very helpful. We had appointment and they made sure we weren't left waiting. Complimentary tea and coffee was nice. There was a disabled toilet but no baby changing table, which was a bit of an issue when being there over an hour with a very young baby.

I would recommend buying your seat from here, but I must say the service I received wasn’t the best. Alex done a great job in terms of selling the car but they don’t give you the nice service like VW, Audi and bmw…Didn’t even offer a clean for the car I had to ask. It was just little things that go a long way wasn’t considered.

Thank you to Jack Evans at Marshall SEAT for guiding my wife and myself through the process of choosing a replacement second hand car. Courteous and helpful, Jack listened to our requirements, showed us the available options and arranged a test drive. Once we had chosen the specific Seat Leon we wanted together with a couple of optional extras the car was prepared to 'as new' condition for us. Jack made the handover process straightforward, covering paperwork, vehicle taxation, warranty and payment. I can certainly recommend purchasing through Marshalls at Cambridge.

First time buying a car at a dealership out of town - where I couldn't physically inspect or test drive the exact car I wanted - and it was a quick yet thorough experience. Jack Evans was informative from the start to the finish - and even now, after I've already acquired the car. He never made me feel annoying for asking questions or requesting more information; and never pushed me to finalise the sale. The car is great and words don't do it justice!
