They came to our house and gave an estimate for our pipe leak. They asked for $1000. I called another plumber, super Mario and he did the job in less than 30 min and asked for $180. He just used a heavy duty snake to clear the dirt jam. Don’t use Mr Rooter.

Waqas Ahbad arrived on time to fix the toilet. He introduced himself very politely. He has very good manners and knows hot to listen to the customerHe diagnose the problem very quickly and finished the job professionally.He also replaced certain parts and balance the toilet on uneven floor. I have no hesitation to recommend Waqas to anybody. I will certainly call him if I need him in the future. Thanks Waqas.

Called Mr Rooter this morning to have the shutoff values in the kitchen sink replaced. Someone was able to come to our house within 2 hours (I was given a 3 hour window and the person arrived at the start of the 3 hour). Someone called me to confirm first. All in all great service and support before anyone came to the house. Our technician / plumber, Waqas Ahmad was great. He showed incredible attention to detail, verified that his work was completed successfully, and ensured there was no mess for us to clean up. Very happy with the service, will request Waqas again for future work.

I received an absolutely high quality service from Mr. Rooter's team led by Stephen Hughes. The main sewer line of my house was clogged with tree roots. Upon his first visit, Stephen spent a lot of time in doing a careful diagnosis of the extent of the problem. Throughout the process, he explained all the technical details to me and answered my numerous questions patiently. At the end he presented me with a few options for replacing the sewer pipe including one with pipe bursting method which wouldn't need much digging in the basement. I did quite a bit of research and also asked a technician from another company to give me a quote. At the end I went ahead with the pipe bursting method Stephen had suggested as it was the most cost effective option. Then Stephen's team executed the job as he promised and took care of all the details to perfection. They covered all the areas in the basement with sheets to avoid mess. They also minimized the water outage period. I'm very pleased with the service I received and recommend Mr. Rooter to all of my friends.
