Bought a house recently and a friend recommended having Brad @BHPHI do our home inspection. Brad was super friendly and has loads of experience. As a bridge structural engineer I had a pretty good idea of what to expect from the inspection but Brad provided more details, explanation and valuable information than I could have anticipated.
